We ordered a kit to fix our grandsons gator, it did not work. We paid for the shipping of $17.52 and taxes $11.26, product was $119.00. They said if shipping was free then they would deduct from refund, it wasnt free plus we paid shipping to return it. They then said oh, its a restocking fee and you will only receive $119.00. They are basically punishing customers for returning products.Initial Complaint

Kids Wheels sells poor quality batteries and does not warranty their products. We purchased a $98.00 battery for our grandsons ****************** from them in November 2022. It did not arrive. After several text attempts to contact them, they finally sent the battery. They do not answer their phone. The battery only lasted about three months. These types of batteries should last three years. I took it to Batteries Plus in our community. They said it was a very poor quality battery and will not hold a charge. We notified Kids Wheels and they said it is out of warranty. They never provided any warranty information when we purchased and received the battery. Be very cautious when ordering from this company.Initial Complaint

On 28 December 2022, I ordered 4 replacement wheels for my sons power wheel jeep. Two wheels were delivered on 30 December 2022. I immediately sent email, text and chatted and was told order was under review. It is now 13 January 2023 and have not heard anything nor able to talk to anyone. I have the invoice saying I ordered 4. I have the picture from ***** of the box that they only shipped two wheels in.Initial Complaint

I ordered a battery on June 18th 2022 and money was pulled out June 21st 2022 and said it would be delivered June 25th 2022 I havent received it and been trying to get a hold of someone at kidswheels.com and havent had luck . They dont anwser phone calls and emails and text messages . I just want the battery I ordered and them to talk to me so I can get it straightened out . They dont have very good ratings as it is .Initial Complaint

I purchased a ***** Silverado v6 power truck model #kl-7018 for my grandson's Christmas 2021. He has yet to be able to utilize the toy. I promptly contacted the company, was told it was an issue with the shifter and assured that the matter would be resolved. I have been patient, emailing every few weeks and getting the same response- the shifter is out of stock. I have attempted to call and have yet to have my calls answered or returned. It has been nearly six months, and my grandson has yet to be able to use his Christmas gift. I am requesting a quick resolution: the shifter or a refund.Initial Complaint

On/around Jan 24th, I reached out to Kids Wheels as directed by the product manual in order to submit a warranty claim. I was told that I would need proof of purchase and could submit an online ticket, which actually takes you to Kalee Support website. I completed the online survey the next day and heard nothing back in over a week until I reached back to Kids Wheels yesterday, Feb 2nd. I was told the online submission did not go through and was asked to submit proof of purchase. After they confirmed receipt, I asked what would happen next and was told ******************* will contact you shortly." This made no sense and appeared to be a run-around sham in order to avoid fulfilling a warranty claim. Kids Wheels said they provide the warranty service and are not the manufacturer (Kalee). I was told the ************** will communicate with the customers to resolve issues as soon as possible. This morning I received a response from Kalee Support saying they received my proof of purchase, would revise my case, and get back to me as soon as possible. Oddly enough, there is no contract information on Kalee's website besides an e-mail. In fact, it appears to be a sham company.Business response

I'm really sorry for the defective unit.
Unfortunately we do not sell these units.
We are a service center for Kalee like we do with other brands.
Warranty claims are covered by Kalee the manufacturer and own their own policies and guidelines.
We help as a point of contact but the claims are processed by Kalee representatives.
We do not manufacture toys. And we did not sell you the item.
