On 5/7/2024 someone made three $50 charges that were clearly fraudulent. I have now way to contact the company as the phone number is no longer in service.Business response

I ordered 3 protein powders and 2 creatine bottles from BPN just to end up missing most of them in my package. When I got my package, it was missing 3 protein powders and 1 creatine bottle. Therefore I was missing 4 out of the 5 items I ordered. I asked for some type of help and all they told me was the weights say otherwise. I then replied to them that I refuse to pay over $200 for essentially 1 bottle of creatine (which only costs $35 on their website). I just want to be compensated for the missing items. That is it.Business response

First time customer ************************* placed an order on May 20, 2023 at 9:09 pm (Central) with a ship to address of *********************************************. Order included:
- (2) Whey Protein Powder, Fudge Chocolate
- (1) Whey Protein Powder, Key Lime Pie
- (2) Creatine Monohydrate / Creapure
Total value of the order is $204.95. A $204.95 USD payment was processed on PayPal Express Checkout.
BPN's in house fulfillment team packed the order on May 22, 2023. BPN's inventory management software / warehouse management software shows scans of all (5) products in the shipment. Per screenshot, the order was packed into a 12 x 12 x 12 box and weighed in at 10 lbs 11 oz. The packaged was shipped with ***** Home Delivery (Tracking ID *************. Tracking details can be view at this link (*****************************************************************************************).Per ***** tracking information and attached screenshot, the product was left at the front door and and there is a picture of the ~ 12 inch x 12 inch x 12 inch box. Per ***** tracking information the package was delivered May 25, 2023 at 12:35pm.
Customer is claiming they only received a single unit as opposed to the 5 units ordered.
The BPN team spoke with the ***** team on the phone. ***** has data from multiple scan-ins and scan-outs over the course of the journey of the shipment. TJ at ***** verified that weight was consistently ***** lbs. ** also confirmed the dimensions of the box were aligned with BPN's internal software of ~ 12 inch x 12 inch x 12 inch.
If customer was telling the truth, then the package would not weigh more than 1 lb as the weight of 1 unit of Creatine Monohydrate (**** oz) plus packaging would be ~1 lb. The actual scan in / out weight was consistently ***** lbs. It would be physically impossible for a single unit of Creatine in a 12 x 12 x 12 box to weight ***** lb. Therefore, BPN concludes this is an example of first time customer fraud. Company is choosing to not refund customer as this is believed to be a lie. BPN will happily dispute any chargeback initiated by customer, *************************. Customer ************************* will now be placed on an internal fraud list at Bare Performance Nutrition.

ORDER #******, January 28, 2021 Hello, I purchased 3 of the Strong Greens supplements and was told that it has a 2 year shelf life. Hence, bought extras so that I don't have to purchase them every other month or so. A couple days ago, I opened the last container of the strong greens and saw that it had a foul smell and was ***** in color (instead of green). I notified customer service (on August 12, 2021) about the food safety issue and they disregarded my message and told me basically good luck since they do not provide refunds for an order that was placed a while back. I am just wondering how they can't stand by something that is definitely a food safety issue when they themselves claim the supplement has a 2 year shelf life.Business response
