I am requesting to have this account disputed and deleted for the account is not mine, I have filed my dispute with the *** and have also sent the information to the creditor. I tried to fax my dispute to them per their website and the fax number ************** did not work. I had to mail the documents to their office instead delaying the issue.Business response

I bought a Lexus for my mom. Payments was coming on the bank every month. Ms. * fired the lady that was taking the payment. Stop the payment from coming out the bank. Two months later *MI called me about the Payments. I stated times is hard now. Can I have a deferred payments. Ms. * stated they don't do deferred payments. So my daughter stated that she could take up the payments. My daughter caught one month payment up within 7 are 8 months on Dec 23 of this year my daughter called to make a payment for 222$ total payment 746$ behind. That would have put her at 524$ with late charges. Taxes coming next month. I was talking to Ms. * about this. She say no. She not accepting anymore partial payments from me. She needs my bank statements my paystub. Receipt from everyone I owe money. She stated that I got to prove to her that I been financially hurting. Then I stated to her that I may have to get some one else involved. Then Ms. * stated to me that I need to get my attorney's to call her than Ms. * hung the phone up in my daughter and I face. The only attorney's I have is Lexington Law Firm that is helping me keep my credit clean. I don't want to tell how Ms. * talked down on my family and I.Business response

To whom it may concern,
My name is *********************** and I am the Finance Manager of BMI Finance Inc.
In response to our customer ***************************** complaint regarding the call that was received on December 21, 2022 at 11:23 AM was ******* ****** calling in requesting information on ********************
account she was advised that we could not release information to her in regards to ******************** account and she wanted to make payment that was less than what was past due at the time of the call. **************** called in moments later with ******* ****** on a three-way call. He was very upset that we needed to speak with him regarding the past due payments and the promise he had made to pay current on December 13, 2022, **************** spoke to my assistant ******************* and promised to
pay his past due balance current. **************** has made a total of 20 promises to pay and has broken 15.
**************** refuses to pay his account current as promised and only pays the bare minimum and will not make arrangements or commitment on any remaining past due payments. As of today, ******************** account is past due 61 days. On this particular call **************** did not speak with me until the end of the call when he started yelling and saying he was going to call his attorneys at this point I entered the call and introduced myself as *********************** the Finance Manager and since he has stated that he has attorneys retained our call must cease and I could no longer speak with him and for him to have his attorney's call me directly. **************** was NEVER advised that any of our collectors
were terminated (fired), he was advised that a certain collector no longer was with the company. ******************** recurring payments were terminated due to 24 Insufficient Funds. I spoke with **************** on August 16, 2022 and he had informed me that he had taken the vehicle away from his mother and would get his account in good standing and I agreed to help by waiving the late fees for him. As for the statement **************** made about me talking down on his family, that is something I would never do. **************** was the one speaking of his family and how he bought the vehicle for his mother and she is messing his credit up by not making the payments and now he has given this responsibility to his daughter and his account still remains past due. We here at BMI Finance pride ourselves on helping others build good credit. I have attached copies of the account to verify that ******************** complaint is not valid and for months BMI Finance has worked with him on the delinquency of his account. If there is anything further needed, please let me know.

They have been accepting our late payments for 8 months and we call every two weeks to make the payments. I never heard of the person who made the response. We caught up a month of those two months late. But them to lie about this situation. They cannot force take our car by not accepting anymore partial payments. I request for all our phone conversation to be released asap. And payment file's.Business response

In response ********************, reply we accepted his partial payments with a promise to pay remaining
past due on a promised date, which he has failed to do. **************** has made a total of 20 promises
and only kept 5 therefore braking 15, this is the reason for our request for the account to be paid current. I have uploaded a Letter Log showing dates and times that our company has sent out late letters and invoice statements via email and mail. Due to the delinquency of his account and our demand Letter to Cure Waiver of Strict Compliance and Notice of Intent to Accelerate and the
recent payment received via mail that will not cure the past due balance. **************** has been
advised that we will no longer accept any late or partial payments in the future. As ****************
stated in his reply he has been paying late for the last eight months and we accepted with previous arrangements to pay the past due balance. In reply to ******************** request for payment files I have attached herein a Letter Log showing dates that Late Letters, and Invoices were mailed and emailed to him @*************************, also I have attached a recent email that was received by **************** on January 7, 2023 **************** is clearly upset that we have made demand to cure the account and ********************** will no longer accept late or partial payments. BMI Finance **** in order to resolve this matter I will waive the late fees on ******************** account, but **************** must cure the account in order for the late fees to be waived.

All Lies. Due to the ******19, The Pandemic, rise of inflation, cost of living, ***** Winter Storm, cost of fuel, economy crashing. Los wages. I have been paying my payments. All I ask for is some help. I was denied 8 months of help during all over.BMI gave me no assistance during these hard times. Don't let them lie any more. Where do you see that BMI offer me any assistance due to hard times. No help at all. I asked for 8 months for a deferred payments. Denied. Where is my hand written statement to BMI that I ************************* promise to pay the full amount. Lies how should I make that promise after all the above. Where is the recording of this promise. No I have been asking for help and denied every time. BMI where is the documents that BMI tried to help a ************************* doing these hard times. ******19 relief help where is the documents showing BMI Finance helped there customers. '' I do understand precedent BMI have accepted partial payments for 8 Months set in a precedent on my payments. BMI Finance never offered me any assistance during the hardest time of our lives. Every one that I owe money to give me assistance during this hard times.Not BMI.
