I join the Consumer Cooperative Group, **** in June 2022. I initially paid $12 for the monthly cost from my monthly retirement income. I then paid $60 from my monthly retirement income. I then paid $120 again from my retirement monthly income. I had plan to pay $320 from my tax refund but I was awarded a lifetime membership, so I save that money to later invest $500 in shares on the Wall St Consumer Cooperative Group. This $500 amount I paid for **** additional shares on the Wall St Consumer Cooperative Group, included the my initial invested amount of $100, that earn ******* shares at a cost of ($0.01). The business explain by becoming a member of the Consumer Cooperative Group, *** would provide ******************* with the ability to possibly create generational wealth. I was inform that Consumer Cooperative Group, *** would be invest in Turn-Key Restate that were earning a positive yearly revenue after expense, and by the **** Members pooling their financial money would provide financial education and security. I reach out to the **** with my questions and concerns, and receive no response by direct message, so I decide to reach out by phone. I did have a chance to speak with ( ****** ), a person on the operation team of the Consumer Cooperative Group, ***. After, I did not get a return phone call I made a decision to request a refund. I also decide to contact my bank and file claim to request a refund. When I became a member it was made clear any and all questions were welcome, but that all started to change in November 2023. There was also concern that it had been over a year since I join and their was no update provide as to when the Consumer Cooperative Group, **** would purchase a investment restate property, so a decision had to be made to request a refund.****************************************************************************************************
