    This really ****** me off. the fact that there is no check and balance and no real way to get in contact with him or the company. Or the board Especially if it was an issue with something I said or did called for days. the catch is I'm not the only one who feels like this in the company.most people are scared of saying anything because they don't want to have repercussions like I just got about asking about a company that was ******** from it's investors. Never said he was and then my account got cancelled its crazy almost like you can't ask questions about subjects that people don't like. Like can a trustor kick a trustee off and for some the ?? was on. And I didn't really want to do this the fact I can't even talk or no one is willing to pick up is crazy I watch the videos and read the bylaws still when running a forprofit business someone should be answering the phone if not voicemail.

    This is another baseless claim. To be honest there is no claim stated in this so-called complaint. This former member/owner was fully refunded and removed as a member based on several instances. I will go over a few. First, this customer is not a customer, but a former member/owner of this business and there were rules in this organization that were not followed. One of the main rules is not to make false statements on a third-party platform, when there are administrative protocols and remedies provided to all member/owners. Second, this former member/owner failed to properly assert themselves in researching material before making & posting material and or content on any of our internal private platform. This is a distraction, and it does not bring value to our mission. Finally, we felt this former member/owner failed in his duty in studying the material and applying themself with the provided resources and they decided to be more of a problem, while attempting to cause division and speculation, rather factual content. Again, in this baseless non-factual complaint, as they stated they were ****** off and decided to make this complaint based on that emotion and before this complaint this former member/owner was fully refunded and made whole of all the patronage they made to this cooperative and forfeited any earned equity in this organization, when this complaint was filed.
