    **** was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable! He explained all the steps that we would go through to remedy the issue of water damage on and inside the walls of my laundry room and answered all of my questions! I would recommend this company!

    They came out after a leak in my house. They cut out drywall, tore out flooring and baseboards and put my washer and dryer in my garage. They put fans and a dehumidifier in my house for 5 days. Because I didnt use them for rebuild, my washer and dryer are still sitting in my garage. They have refused to come put the washer and dryer back inside my house unless I pay them to do it. Very dissatisfied with this company.

    SO impressed with this company!Always under the worst of circumstances, the folks at Rescue Restoration bring a sense of calm, confidence and faultless customer service. From my first meeting with *******************...on a Saturday, no less...I was impressed. He took the time (and patience) to explain to me in detail their process while inspecting the damaged areas of my home. At every turn, I was always kept in the know with what was happening, when, and by whom. The office personnel were fantastic! ******* called regularly to ensure my constant satisfaction. ** was available both by phone and text at all hours, if necessary. Every single technician I encountered during my 2+ week remediation did great work, often under nasty conditions! Highly recommend!

    After two floods in my house,Restoration Rescue did a fantastic job getting rid of water, rebuilding and installation where needed. ******************** and **** and their crew were very courteous, professional, helpful and kept me informed of each project. Great job!

    Heed this warning, as a long string of issues, undisclosed surprise fees, lack of response, and unprofessional are just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to this company. They use shoddy contractors to complete jobs then charge without any predisclosure of fees when you ask for things to be fixed. I requested proof of fees for sending out their contractors to fix their issues, now been 2 weeks of asking multiple people from multiple departments, they only seem to materialize one of their own receipts, with no information of the contractor disclosed even though I requested that as well as, a now third issue, has arrived and I would prefer to work direct with the plumber instead of being slapped with a surprise $150 fee with no proof of receipt from the plumber and no proof the issues have even been fixed that should not have been present to begin with. The company now refuses to sign a document necessary for funds to be released for final payment from my mortgage company until I pay them in full the remainder, which is not required until the funds are released. Have explained multiple times, also over weeks, that it needed to be signed and they still refuse. Been a huge headache and nightmare after nightmare.

    What was an unplanned not good event, was made so simple using Rescue Restoration. Mold removal was done in one day by an awesome crew of **************************, ***** and ******. Everyone, including the schedulers and techs knew what was needed and this was with so much patience and care for our situation. Thankful for a company we trust
