This company promised to install piers for the house. In addition, they also promised to fix the existing piers that was sinking. However, 3 months later, the house has sink-in much more than what it was before they finished the work. When I try to reach out to them, they are being abusive with their words, cal**ng us to "pick up a shovel and do work". And with my wife they asked her "have you ever held a shovel".They have been giving me a runaround saying that the owner is busy to answer any calls...Even during the pier installation, I asked their crew to call me to show me how deep they went in with the piers. But they simply said "trust our work" and did not provide any information on how deep they with the piers and what friction level they stopped dril**ng ( I am civil engineer and do know what these terms mean). And now sure enough, their "trust me" words were simply their excuse for a sloppy job. They also made major damage to the underground sewer ** es that I spent 10s of thousands to fix. Now I find out that the foundation has sunk more and they have fix the foundation and potentially break more sewer **nes. I have home repair crews **ned up to take care of interior damage 3 months from the pier installation and now they are waiting as well. And Williamson just seems to ignore all our requests. This company is just a money grab e terprise and does not care about it's customers. They need to be held responsible for their deceptive practices and inexperienced crew doing major foundation work, putting homeowners safety at risk.Business response

We completely and categorically deny ever being abusive in any way, and at no time has anyone from our organization told a customer to grab a shovel themselves.
We did a relatively small job ($6,142.50, NOT the $10,000 he is stating) for this customer which, in part, included the adjustment of piers previously installed by another unknown company. Our contract very clearly and explicitly states that we cannot warrant the performance of piers installed by another company. The customer's home had a significant sewer line leak under it which most likely existed before our work was performed, but which now he apparently is blaming us for - even though we did not encounter, or therefore damage, any plumbing pipes during our pier installation work. As with all foundation repair contractors, we do not and cannot maintain any liability for plumbing pipes which may break as a result of foundation movement - either before or during foundation repair work.
We have gone back to re-inspect this property twice since our work was completed just 3 months ago. The continuing problem area is where the previously installed piers exist, and not where we installed new piers. The elevation readings show that our piers have held as designed, and that the other company's piers have failed.
Several days prior to this complaint being filed, and despite the fact that we clearly stated we do not warrant the performance of piers installed by another company, we had already sent this customer a NO COST proposal to come out and completely re-work the job to attempt to get it in a better position. We did, in that proposal, once again state that we cannot guarantee that the other company's piers will hold this time. We were expecting him to approve this approach.
Several of our employees have spoken with ************************** several times each - we show at least a dozen phone conversations in the past month in addition to the live conversations held at the re-inspections. We have also left messages for him to call us back.
Yet... despite all of that... this customer is not happy and is calling us thieves and making up lies about our professionalism and customer service.
Our offer to re-work the piers at no charge still stands. Beyond that I have no idea what this guy expects.

For the past two months I have been trying to get Williamson Foundation to provide me a correct contract (the contract that they sent me was for repairs, I need one that is for new piers). They also indicated that *******, that are under warranty, need to be corrected. They are no longer returning my calls, texts, or emails. I can understand if they do not want to give me new business, that is fine by me, but they need to contact me and fix the piers that they installed that are under warranty.Business response

We have sent this person 6 different proposals all changing due to his requests and demands. We have had more than a dozen conversations with him about the issues and the needs, and have visited and inspected his home twice - all within the past three months. We have sent proposals both electronically and through the US Mail on multiple occasions. I'm not sure what else we can do.Customer response

This business would not honor our transferable foundation repair warranty claim. They visited our home and cited there are foundation issues. They sent us a $7000 estimate to repair since they could not identify the reason it shifted. When I re-contacted them, they required me to pay for an engineering study and would not repair unless we assume this added expense on our part. We had already paid for a plumbing test that passed. If this business needs a study to determine why the original repair has failed they should order or pay for that. Many foundation firms have an engineer on staff to make those assessments. We had another quote from a second resource and they also identified foundation flaws from the Williamson repair. This is the Williamson response via email: Dear *******, I have once again reviewed the information gathered at my recent inspection at your home, and have made a determination of work needed to bring the home back into alignment with previous elevation readings. A structural Engineer may opt to take a different approach, but I cannot see another option as I cannot fathom how the house moved in the manner in which it has. Business Response /* (1000, 7, 2022/03/10) */ We did indeed inspect this home years after the work was completed and found very strange movement. We recommended the homeowner contact the original structural engineer who specified the original work for a consultation and recommendations. The homeowner opted not to have that inspection performed and instead insisted that we provide a solution. So we did provide a proposed plan of repair which included both additional work in areas not previously repaired as well as adjustments to previously installed work which would be free under warranty. At no time did we refuse to honor our warranty. There is movement which cannot be rectified simply by adjusting the previous installed piers alone. We still recommend the homeowner contact the original engineer for a second opinion and recommendations, but we are prepared to move forward with the work we recommended if that is the direction they choose to go.
