I ordered a custom mens ring for my upcoming wedding. I have reached out on several occasions as well as called and emailed. I purchased my ring on 7/14/2024.The money was immediately taken out of my bank account and i received a confirmation email with my order #R166477960. I reached out for and update on 07/18/2024 via email. I received no response. I reached out again on 07/24/2024. Again no response even though I should have received a response in 1-2 business days as stated on their website. Again I reached out on 7/25/2024 with no response. I would like a full refund as I have received no update or tracking number.Initial Complaint

RE: Order # **** On May 18, 2023, I ordered a VRod ring with Custom Rings, **** I paid a total of $54.95 which included a custom engraving. I received the ring on June 12, 2023 and it did not contain the custom engraving to which I paid extra for this service as advertised on their website. I have called this entity numerous times, left numerous messages and sent at least two emails outlining my concerns and complaints. I stated that I was and still very unhappy with this ring. No one at Custom Rings, **** has ever returned my calls or responded to my emails. I demand a full refund at this time.Initial Complaint

I ordered a ring on 10-15-2022 for my wedding in November. The payment of $39.95 was immediately taken off my debit card. I received an email that the ring would take 9-25 to receive. I waited and emailed them on 10-27-22 automatically received an email back with a USPS tracking number and a very well written email about how great of quality care they have shipped the ring with. HOWEVER, when tracked it is only a Pre Shipment tracking number created on 10-24-2022 and it is now 10-29-2022 and USPS is still awaiting the item! I have emailed them numerous times with no response back I would greatly appreciate the ring I ordered before my wedding day or my money back since they had NO PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY COLLECTING THAT!Initial Complaint

On August 28, 22 I ordered a mens ring from Custom Rings. I was sent an order confirmation email that confirmed the order (and gave the order number). It also showed the money was taken out of my bank account. I never received anything after that stating when the item was shipped or if it has shipped. I've never gotten any tracking info NOTHING! I've called and left voice messages as well as sent multiple emails asking for the information and I've receive no call back no reply emails at all. I guess I wasted $55. All I want is to know when or if the ring has shipped OR a full refund! I've never had so much hassle when making a purchase online as I have with this company Custom Rings!Initial Complaint

Product was ordered 7/4 and paid for. A tracking number was generated on 7/18 however the USPS has not received the package for shipping. I have sent a minimal of *10* emails and left 4 voice mail messages to no avail as they will not respond to any of my attempts to get information on this order. Order # is 2674. On 7/5/2022 I completed a purchase of a ti with confirmation. I have not heard anything from emails I've sent for or phone calls. I have not received my ring and would like my ring or a refund asap.
