  Here is photos of what spartan roofing did to my home i have to have all this removed and it is coming out of my pocket because yoy did not want to put right siding on my home it all has to be removed you owe me the replacement of this mess.

  On September the 10th I got my roof replaced by Spartan Construction and Roofing. It was a bad mistake to use this company. They were supposed to replace the roof and the gutters, fix all of the torn window screens, replace my shed and 18ft of fencing in the backyard. That was all in the contract. They replaced the roof and told me that they would come back at a later date to finish the rest of the job. I have tried contacting ****** the owner multiple times to try and work with them to get this job done and there have been no results. Once they got the initial check from my insurance and my deductible, there has been no interest in completing the job. There was a vehicle parked in my driveway that was way over to the side and the roofing crew managed to hit it with some trash leaving a huge scratch going down the side. They left nails all over the ground that we had to pick up afterwards. ****** the owner is in Louisiana and that is one of the excuses for not completing.

If you will send us pictures of the damages along with a couple of quotes to have the paint on your vehicle repaired, Spartan Construction and Roofing will by all means see what we can do to compensate you for these repairs. We are also very disheartened to hear that our roofing crews did not magnetize your yard to gather up any and all nails that might have fallen in your yard during your roof replacement. As with your vehicle's paint repair, if you would like to quote us a price as to the time it took you to pick up after our roofing crews left your premises, Spartan Construction and Roofing promises to take your quote into consideration for a deduction on the remaining amount you owe towards your contract with us. As you are aware, Spartan Construction and Roofing had one of our subcontractors at your residence this past Monday, October 25, 2021 to repair and do your fence install. We hope you are happy with the repair work our subcontractor completed on your fence. If not, please let us know. We apologize about the length of time it took for one of our team members to respond back to you regarding your concerns. ****** J. Lucier, III, the Owner and Founder, of Spartan Construction and Roofing had tasked our Production Manager to reach out to you and address your concerns. At this time we have more than one customer with the same name and our Production Manager made outreach attempts to the wrong customer, however, we have corrected that mistake and promise to keep in constant and regular contact with you until your gutters and your window screens are completed. One of the issues we are running into is that the size of your remaining repairs needed are not deemed significant enough for a majority of subcontractors to want to commit to and this is the main reason we have run into issues with the timeliness of the completion of your repairs. However, our Production Manager is staying on top of your needs and your remaining repairs and is striving to do whatever he can to get the remaining of your repairs completed in the utmost craftsmanship and in the shortest amount of time. If you have any other concerns that have not been addressed by my response, please feel free to contact me directly. I was never compensated for the scratches on my car that the roofers made when they were throwing the old roof into a dumpster.
