I paid $200 on May 30,2021 to G.C.D.T.A is Garland Cheer& Dance Team Association president Chandra Hopkins she measure the girls for they uniforms Purpose of my complaint is we didn't get uniforms until first October and my daughter uniform don't fit her top is too too small and skirt to big and Immediately email the organization never heard anything from them until I made a comment on Facebook. The president Chandra Hopkins put a comment on Facebook for parents to comment if your daughter uniform don't fit so we can exchange as of today October 9,2021 I had been able to trade out a uniform top with nobody nor received my money back Chandra Hopkins the president suggested I pay extra money to take seam out of uniform top because she done it for years and the company who made them Cheerleading.com located in Dallas Texas said no refund and or exchange because they were custom made but in a situation that uniform don't fit and football season will be over at the end of October I should be able to get my money back . As of today October 9, 2021 have not heard from Chandra Hopkins the president of the organization.. The coach of the cheerleaders team said she have email the board and no response. I have an uniform that my 9 year old daughter can't wear and no one seems to care
