Splash Pad Pool Builders accepted $80,000 cash from me to design and construct a properly working pool in accordance with our design discussions but has, instead delivered a pool that is not designed and built as discussed or per their own plans, and which also has basic components that do not properly work including pool cleaner and deck jets. They failed to installed a slide line on deck per plan and paid for. Their sub-contractors installed return lines in area not per plan and at depths not per plan causing their fence installer to hit and break return lines. They had, on multiple occasions caused me to cancel income-earning appointments to be home for a "pool test company" to find a leak only to have that "company" no-show on three occasions and then to allow 6-men who could not swim to attempt to enter my pool for a test that they were not qualified to perform. Their spokesperson ran do the road to Dollar General to purchase goggles to be used. They also tied electrical cords and other apparatus to these men to prod them into getting into the pool. Even though the company was immediately advised of what was going on they allowed it to continue for several more hours. I paid for on-site supervision which was absent. I paid for 7-days of pool brushing and chemical balancing which has not happened. Extensive damage has occurred to my property in and around areas that were not supposed to be accessed by their sub-contractors including damage to trees not in the vicinity of the pool, landscape borders, exterior plumbing and more. Splash Pad pool builders has been given more than adequate time to properly correct the issues but has not done so although I have already compromised and accepted multiple construction mistakes. They have continually made false statements which are well documented on video, email and audio and have continued to permit unqualified subcontractors to perform work on my pool and premises as is well documented.
