Roofing is an adventure as you never know what you're going to get without extensive research and so many companies knocking on your door after a hail event. The folks at *** came out to our house after a hailstorm in March and did not do any pressure type selling but listened, walked around and offered their services to be considered. A third-party adjuster was coming out to perform a damage assessment and the folks at *** offered to be here during that time to assist. Not only did they assist with the roofing and gutter areas of the assessment they made sure the adjuster took into account other ************************** items that needed to be looked at - and they were not under contract at this point. The best decision ever was to go with NTC Roofing. They handled the entire process, stayed in touch constantly and provided in person visits leading up to the work being performed and completed all the activities with the insurance company making it a near zero touch effort on my part. While the work was being done NTC folks were onsite the entire day making sure things went well. The crew was amazing, fast, meticulous, protected everything and cleaned up without a trace of being there. The same can be said for the gutter crew. We have a large 2 story house with a steep pitch, and it was incredible to watch. I highly recommend the team from NTC Roofing.
