    on 6/21, I hired Sparkle The Cleaning Service to clean my property after moving out. The house needed to be prepared to be sold as is. The service was to take place on 6/22 at 10am. That morning one cleaner arrived and the second called out due to a death. I arrived at the property and met with the cleaner onsite. I was moving a few items and giving instructions. The cleaner said her husband would be there shortly to assist her with cleaning. While I was there, she followed me around asking what items she could keep. She had dug through closets and cabinets looking for items left behind. I moved the items to the garage that I had planned to take home. It was 3 totes, 2 laundry hampers, and 2 large goat mannequins. The cleaner was very concerned about being able to keep items left in the home. I left around 11:45am and returned around 6pm to find that she had gone through the home and back yard to create a pile of things she intended to keep. When I arrived, they were cleaning on the stove at 6pm. The cleaners insisted on helping me load my truck even though I asked them not to. I could see the house had been swept and vacuumed. As I was leaving, I asked the cleaner how much longer she would be there for the day and she specifically told me they would have the home finished that night. Around 2pm on 6/23, I received a text asking if I wanted the blinds cleaned. Thinking it was a mistake because I was told by the cleaner the job would be complete, I asked if they were cleaning. I was told that they were and I asked them to immediately stop after several texts back and forth. . The stove was left torn apart. The cleaners damaged the masterbath toilet, they had drug in a fire escape ladder causing damage to the walls and paint, and smoked in the house. I was invoiced on 6/26 for $963 in cleaning. I do not feel they deserve payment. Company is using fake reviews to mislead customers into believing they are a 5star company. Cleaner stole items from home as well.

    Never again!Arrived short staffed and charged us for the extra time it took to complete the job. Left our floors sticky with too much cleaning product or something. When I reached out on the same day to have the floors recleaned, it took ******* two days to get back to me. By the time they called us back, we had already re-cleaned the floors.Broke our stovetop and didn't tell us, when I mentioned it I was told they noticed it but it was already like that (no, it was not).

    Below is the ****** review the customer left at 1pm on 08/23/********** again!Arrived short staffed and charged us for the extra time spent completing the job.Left all our floors sticky with something and took two days to respond, by which time, we had already re-mopped.Damaged our stovetop and claimed it was already like that.Below was our response on ****** to the customer complaint:Hi ****,We appreciate your business.You called us on a Saturday 2 days after your clean, which our residential department is closed Saturday and Sunday. You left a VM on Saturday about the floors, but didn't say anything about the stove top.You called us on Monday and left a VM about the floors and then you added the issue about the stove top. We have pictures to prove your stove top was already damaged before our ladies started cleaning.Where the damage was the area was rusted, which rust takes a good amount of time to develop on that type of surface. It also takes a lot to damage tempered glass and that damage didn't come from a plastic spray bottle, towel and wiping off your glass top.We called you back that Monday afternoon.You stated you all had re-mopped the floors.I'm not sure how we were understaffed as we had 4 ladies deep cleaning your home.We explained to you over the phone the base price and the rate if the cleaning took longer than the allotted time and you were ok with that.Our BBB response:The customer complained on ****** at 1pm on 08/23/2023 and 6 hours later complained on BBB.In his BBB complaint he clearly took the information he was provided from us in our ****** response and is trying to turn it around against us. At this point it really seems like harassment and this customer complaint should be removed.Our company could have been very spiteful and reported all the illegal drug paraphernalia we had to clean around, but we didn't.We will also go through our call log to see if the call was recorded.We do have pictures of the damage.
