If I could rate this company zero stars I would. I called Roy (the owner) on a Friday asking for a yard clear to be done on Saturday. On Saturday, I realized I did not set up a time with him so I called at 10am and was told, "I am at the shop and will be there in 30 Minutes." He did not show up until noon. Roy and crew worked for about 2 hours then took a 2 hour lunch break. When they returned, they worked for another 2 hours and left for the day stating that they will be back at 9:30 Sunday morning to finish. 11 am and no sign of Roy, when I call I am told again, "I am at the shop and will be there in 30 Minutes." After not showing up again and another call, "I am replacing Hydraulic hoses on my dump trailer." He does not show up that day. Roy tells me he will be at the property at 8 am on Monday. No calls, no texts, no word, he just does not show up. I text him to try again at 8 am Tuesday to which I get a single thumbs up emoji as a reply. After multiple calls after 8am and again no sign of Roy, He says that he will be here around 1 pm. He does not show up until after 3pm that day to finish. 3 days and 7 hours after he started. The day after I get a text from Roy that reads " I can't believe you can be so cold after helping you out." After requesting a partial refund due to poor work ethic and consistently being late, i was met with excuses and profanity along with threats of "if I hear that you are running your mouth about me in your neighborhood it will not be very good for you." I was never given a partial refund either. Please look elsewhere for landscaping companies if you need a job done in a timely manner.
