Bought Microwave a Lowes with protection plan in September. 2023. Microwave stopped working the beginning of December 2023. We used the protection plan, which used this repair company Concho Valley Appliance Service. The have attempted to repair it but have failed and the last time they came out they took the microwave and said they would be back in 4 hours and never returned this was about 3 weeks ago. We have been without a microwave since December of 2023, will be 4 months in April. This household has 3 grandkinds that are taken care of under 2 years old that are bottle fed and we struggle everyday to feed due to not having the microwave. We would look to get refunded immediately, no repair should take this long.Business response

ON THIS MWO, OUR TECHNICIAN WENT OUT TO DIAGOSE THE ISSUE AND ORDERED PARTS NEEDED, PARTS WERE ON BACK ORDER IN WHICH OUR COMPANY HAS NO CONTROL OVER ON HOW LONG THE PARTS TAKE, WE DID CALL WHIRLPOOL WHEN WE KNEW PARTS WERE ON BACK ORDER AND MADE THEM AWARE OF THE ISSUE WITH THE PARTS. AS SOON AS WHIRLPOOL WAS ABLE TO SEND US THE PARTS NEEDED FOR THE REPAIRS, WE DID CALL CUSTOMER TO SCHEDULE TO INSTALL PARTS WHICH WAS FEBRUARY 21,2024. TECH INSTALLED PARTS ORDERED AND MWO WORKED FOR 1 MIN THEN BLEW FUSE, CAPACITOR AND BOARD FUSE AGAIN. THATS WHEN TECH DECIDED TO BRING MWO INTO SHOP FOR FURTHER DIAGNOSTIC AND HAD TO REORDER NEW PARTS AND ONCE THOSE PARTS WERE RECIEVED AND INSTALLED AND MWO WAS TESTED, MWO WAS DELIVERED TO CUSTOMER ON MARCH 22,2024. THIS CUSTOMER WAS NOT CHARGED FOR ANY SERVICE FROM OUR COMPANY BECAUSE IT IS STILL UNDER MANUFACTURE WARRANTY.Customer response

On October 30, 2023, Concho Valley Appliance technician ******* came to our home to fix a washing machine issue. Our complaint was the washing machine - during the spin cycle - was making excessive noise. Technician heard/duplicated the sound and said all we needed to do to fix the problem was "get 4 rubber foot pads and tie up hoses in back with zip ties". I felt is was something I could do. Sounds like an easy solution. I paid her $97.43 #4291. It was cashed the next week. The next time we did a wash, the original sound was back. I recorded it and went back to CVA@2312 Sherwood Way and played it back. She was surprised how loud it was. I was clear to her that the issue is still ongoing. I reminder her also that we did what we were told to do to fix the problem but it is not fixed. She said someone will call to come out to look at it again...no call and no show. Weeks went by. I stopped in again and she said the manager would follow up and call. No Call!Business response

This letter is regarding complaint# 21227771 for customer **** *******, I called customer and I myself went out there to pick up washer and bring it into the shop for me to further diagnose the problem and see where the noise was coming from. I kept customer informed about washer while in shop and got the unit fixed and back to him. Mr. ******* was not charged again for any other work done to get unit working correctly.
