            My name is ****** *******. Most folks call me Bubba. I am disabled and on a very limited fixed income. I purchased two new tires from John's Tire at 2825 N Bryant between August 3rd - 5th at $100 each. Total $200. Mounted and balanced. I paid in cash and I have no receipt, however they know I made said purchase. Approximately 1 1/2 - 2 weeks ago the left front tire appeared to be losing air at a very slow rate. I inspected the tire for nails or screws or anything that might cause this to happen, but found nothing. So I took the truck to John's to have them look at it. Sept 13th. Upon inspection, we discovered dozens of tiny pinhole leaks in the sidewalls of said tire. There didn't appear to be anything wrong with the right front tire. We and many others have never seen or heard of anything like what we were seeing. At this point I am fully expecting to have this tire replaced at no cost because they are new. I am at this point told that there is no warranty on this tire and sent on my way. I know that the law gives me an implied warranty and a re4asonable expectation from these tires. My expectation has not been met. I have pictures of this.
