Hallies Ranch Properties by Starlight homes. The company has been charging its residence and selling properties by flat out LYING to their current and potential residences. I bought a home based on the SOLE fact that there would be an entrance to the seconday bathroom from what was to be my daughters bedroom. They LIED about this after I specifically asked them several times if that door would be there. Next they were supposed to install a french drain in my back yard since it slopes toward my home. They did not and refused to remedy that. They have been charging the *** fees to each of the residence advising they would be putting in a community pool to which they announced in their meeting they WONT BE due to SELLING ALL OF THE ****** they have lied about maintaining the grounds are are charging the "maintaining of the grounds" out to the *** without actually doing the work. The construction crews leave messes and BEER everywhere, they leave nails all over the roads and have cost residences of the properties hundreds to thousands of dollars on tire repairs, cleaning, maintaining, etc. they appointed a "temporary home owner" to the board without actually interviewing and lied stating they did do so. they are continuing to spend our money and charge our *** without even maintaining the community properties. they are stealing money and making false promises to their residence and future residences. I would like a refund for our tires in our truck that had to be replaced due to their careless leaving of NAILS all over the road which cost us over $800. this doesnt even include the broken winshields from items flying out of cars and is only ONE replacement set of tires that they have cost us in the past two years of dealing with these crooks. I would also like them to repair our dishwasher that has been sitting unrepaired for months now "waiting on a part"
