    Service first sent technicians out to my house in June 22, 2023 when the air went out due the compressor failing. They came out at the end of June 2022 because the compressor went out and also October 2022 because the compressor. The manager discovered June 2023 that the ******* compressor unit requires a hard start kit but that was not being installed at any if the times that they replaced the compressor. Since this discovery it has been two weeks and the new compressor, with a hard start kit this time, still has not been installed and the technician is not returning my call after I've called the front desk multiple times for an update. The manager texts that the compressor was ordered but it's been 2 weeks and he has no tracking information to provide us even though he said he would.

    I was charged a $129 mandatory residential service trip fee, I was given a window of 11 am-1 pm and the technician arrived at 2 pm. If I pay a compulsory service fee, I expect them to be on time. They do not waive the fee with a repair like many other companies do which is disappointing. My capacitor needed to be replaced and they charged me $389 for an $89 part then I also had 1.5-2 pounds of R410A freon added to my system and they charged me $125 per pound, that's insane... I won't be using them again and recommend you look elsewhere, I spoke to a friend after I had my repair done and he recommended ****** and I'll try them next if any issues arise. I ended up paying them over $700, I will note that ********* their technician was knowledgeable and friendly but their prices are ridiculously high and their trip fee is unnecessary, especially with a repair.
