PM Service for home AC Unit 5-20-2024 A couple of days after PM work was completed, temperature did seem to match thermostat, even though they supposedly added gas to unit still temperature felt worse than before they worked on the unit.I have a feeling that the valves used to re fill AC Gas were not installed properly and might be loosing the * 410 gas Called the to explain the problem but never heard back from themBusiness response

Customer reached out to me on my personal phone to perform a a preventative maintenance at his residence, this is my 3+ time providing this service to this customer, started with a company I used to work for now I own my company, so reached out to personal phone and I said yes I can do the maintenance at his residence at a great rate. He contacted me Thursday May 30th @ 7:48am by text message explaining the problem, by this time I had left my house without my personal phone only with my work phone, headed out to ********** for an all day job, message did not reach me, when I arrived home I had seen another message @6:49pm saying that he was upset with me and that he called another technician/company to repair his equipment, I immediately responded by giving him apologies, explaining how I didnt see his message as phone was not by my side and that if he needed more work it was on me, and I will make this right, l told him I could provide him with work phone number and company number to reach me at any time, he never responded back. I tried to make it right. Im not necessarily saying I messed something up, but A/C goes down for many reasons.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:After my 911 call to *** Services for follow up on their AC PM , I never got a answer form them and due to the fact of unit not cooling properly I had to proceed to hire another more reputable company to fix what issues they did not address
I will provide you with the invoice of what I spend.
Just want to make sure future customers are aware of the inefeciency and absolute lack of customer service form this unprofessional and unreliable company.

The customer never contacted the company phone line he was just reaching out to my personal phone which I did not have on me that day, I do more commercial than residential I was making him a favor, we have a very good responding rate by our dispatch so hes message should of got to me if he called company number and not trough text messages to my personal phone. I have provided copies of the messages of him texting me about the issue and as soon I got my phone that day I responded that I could take care of the job or anything in the future and he never replied. I dont understand why he says finish the work if he has already taken care of it.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:Here is the invoice for the expense that I incurred one week after paying Red Commercial to leave my AC Unit in worse shape that when they arrived to do a PM
I do not want them to finish anything but to reimburse my $310 that was paid to them
