      On October 30 comfortable air was dispatched to my home they were spouse to come clean the duct work dryer vent and chimney when they came after 15 min owner ************** said it's all done you need to pay I said let me check after checking the ducts I saw nothing absolutely nothing was done I told him nothing been done then he says ok let me get my guys to clean it they brought a damaged cable and a brush that rotates and try to put it in the duct I said the cable has a wire sticking out it will damage the duct he the owner ************** said I been doing this for 20 years which is a lie then he insisted to continue to clean ************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** over **** dollars comfortable air should not be in business they should be arrested for causing damage to the property then he has a nerve to ask for the payment mind you he only did half of one duct out of 34 ducts only one half way I asked for the insurance he ran to his car and took off I'm filing with BBB , attorney *************** and filing a lawsuit be aware of this fake company that rips people off and scams veterans who served

      I went back to check on this day but we didn't service no customer by this name or any other day. This is a fake review. Please delete this post from my BBB profile this is probably another company trying to affect my business. I ask to please delete this post this person didn't provide an invoice or any real pictures with damage nothing because we never serviced them.

      I am rejecting this response because: comfortable air was at my house and did the damage to my ducts I have provided evidence photos I asked for insurance owner refused to provide insurance so I can file a claim my attorney is in process to file a lawsuit against this dishonest company and its owner comfortable air is a scammer and dishonest and should be shut down

      Got a coupon for cleaning of air ducts for $129. Set up the appointment crew came out did "clean the vents" didn't even take the vents off just blew air in them. We signed the contract agreeing to the $129 deal. The older guy cut a hole in the side of the duct connected to the air handler claiming he found mold and debris. Ok. Said they could spray cleaner and add a UV light to kill the bacteria, sparyed some kind of purple stuff and never added a UV light. We have tried resolving the issue with the company because they charged $3122 to the credit card after we already agreed to the $129 on the contract but they now will not return or answer our phone calls. Would like them to adjust the price they charge. Will be reporting it to my credit card company as fraud until adjusted

      On May24,2022 Comfortable Air came to my residence per my request to provide a cleaning of the air ducts throughout my home. After examining one vent in my entryway they determined I had a mold problem in the entire house and that the original cost of the duct cleaning would be more due to the mold but he would give me a discount and it would cost $1711. I agreed because I was afraid of the mole. He showed me pictures of mole supposely in my **** system in the attic. I signed the agreement to the price with my credit card but at that time the only figures on the form was the total price and he said I had to sign in order to do the work. After his assistant ***** completed the dusting of the ducts he showed me a picture of the **** system that appeared to have been totally cleaned he then gave me a copy of the receipt with additional figures. My previous **** serviceman had examined my home several months earlier and there was no evidence of mold.It is my belief that the two men who came to my house on that date only saw mold in two vents of my home and the pictures that were shown to me were not of my **** system. The business overcharged me for services I did not receive and services they fabricated. The total **** I paid was $1711 but the original price I had expected to pay was $99. It is my belief that all of the charges with the exception of the original price is false and I cannot trust any of the quotes on the invoice. I would like a refund of my monies with the exception of the $99 that was my original agreement. I search the internet for this business and it was obvious that this is a pattern of behavior which makes me more certain of the fraudulent practice.

      Our Problem was never resolved. I called 4x and the last time I called ********/Rep I called her out Liar and she was upset and I am too stressed to call back nor my husband has any time to waste to go.plaint about the service we spent for 162 dollars. From arriving there was already a RED FLAG...I simply asked if the can MASKED UP and foot cover as I have one year olds crawlers at home and the initial answer of the Supervisor/Tech who just boss around the helper who barely speaks any English was Is your floor clean. I gasped. I said well I cant let you in. And he shifted talking to me about my nationality and not bothering asking what it was and started showing me an old lady pic from facebook...I just smiled and I said what can I do to help out? And he uttered youre okay just let us do our JOB?! That was rude and unprofessional in my opinion. Next I stepped away he asked where are the areas if he can look at the place such as fireplace, Air dryer and vent. He pinpoint the kitchen air duct instead of the main...he said thats the closest. And I asked do u need anything else? He went ahead checked my babies bedroom ...and didnt do anything there...He didnt asked how many vents there were and pointed him out the main vent...So I left a bit let them worked and saw his assistant carrying a small dust ********** brush...then I saw an orange vac. They climbed the kitchens vent and attached but I never heard any loud noise 100 percent of the time when they attached. He was busy working on papers...He started talking to me about what they will be doing.He said they go up the roof. Not a clanking tapping noise up the roof. They cleaned my fireplace and I said I can do that. And next thing after about 40 minutes they were finished. I asked him so what were the things done he just ran my dryer, the chimney which he cleaned fireplace the air duct which was never caused noise and cannot tell any difference.He was adamant for referrals and mold issue tackled down.

      ************************* came to fix their failure and my husband didnt want them touching our air vent and dryer vent. But they fixed the Chimney and did the right job with two different representatives. We wont be happy or using the same company ever but I was glad the other tech did their job right this time.
       
      Thank you for the attempt despite they coming and trying to fix the problem I wouldnt recommend the company in any way.
