I called this business and scheduled him to come out on Wednesday January 3rd, **** to do a "89.00$ air duct cleaning".When he arrived he was wearing dirty clothes woth. He came in and immediately went to the inside air unit cut a hole in the upper part and then insisted we have mold and he now must spray some solution in there as well as UV lights this was going to cost $650.00. We in our ignorance to the fact we were being scammed agreed to pay $400.00 for the solution cleaning. He finished the "work" sealed the hole and came to collect the money. It wasn't until afterwards when we started to second guess what just occurred the house smelled funny and then we starting trying to research this. This was the #1 ad on ****** when searching for air duct cleaning in my area. Literally scamming unaware people using scare tactics. I have attached some info below. I was scammed by this company. They claimed to clean air ducts for $127.00 no hidden fees. It was to include air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and ac checkup. After they completed the services, they told me it would cost $1000 to remove mold from my ac unit. They then said they would discount it and still complete all services as promised. They said that I would have no more issues with my allergies. After leaving, I noticed no change and they did not complete all services as described. We ended up having another company come give a second opinion and discovered they did not clean my air ducts and mold was still on the ac. They only say no refunds but will send someone out to show that other companies are scamming and not them. But there is no follow up.
