      Services were started on 10/17/22 for pest control services. The company advertised guarantee that no rodents would enter, but I am still having the same issue a year later. I have made countless calls and had several people come out to my property to inspect the issue and I keep getting the same resporse. They dont know where the rodents are entering from. I have expressed my concerns several times because the workers have placed traps in my house however since I have started complaining to the company they have not come back out until they come up with a solution. I spoke with the Operations Manager by the name of ****** via phone call ************************************** on 08/25/23 and was told they do not do refunds even though the website says it is examined on a "case by case basis". He was rude and was combatitive. He told me to do whatever I had to do, but basically I was out of the money I spent. He also said he would need to speak with the salesman who sold me the services to see about what I was guaranteed. I feel cheated and lied to. I am still having issues with rodent activity in my house. I am seeing them daily and I have been unable to resolve this issue with the company.

      All agreed upon work to seal customers home from rodents was completed. Several additional trips and work was also completed. This customer is unfortunately very messy and borderline hoarder. After several attempts to have the customer clean we have no choice but to stop services as she is essentially breeding rodents inside her home with the condition it is in.

      I am rejecting this response because: I am not a borderline hoarder, for one. This is slanderous. You have not told me to clean anything. All you have said was to have the perimeter of the house lined up with dirt to fill the gaps. The rodents are coming in from somewhere in this house that you cannot locate. Instead of posting something slanderous about someone who paid your company $1800, answer your phone calls and e-mails and fix the problem

      Absolute WORST experience Ive had with a company. *******************, the salesman, initially came to my house to provide me the quote on Friday, gave me an itemized invoice with the price. We scheduled service for Monday and I paid it. ******************* said if they were to find any areas in follow up services that werent originally found, it would be covered and is part of their guarantee. Monday morning, the crew shows up late and **** comes to my door about an hour later telling me even though he wrote 5 roof facets on the invoice, he did the math wrong and didnt charge me correctly. I told him no, that theyre on the invoice as well as the price agreed to that *** already paid and to call his manager so I could speak with him about it. He told me that I would have to pay for it or they wouldnt guarantee the service. He said its only $195 and I need to pay it. I continued to ask him to call his manager and he just stood there arguing with me. Finally he called his manager, ******. I spoke with him and he agreed I wouldnt have to pay the extra since it was ***** mistake and I already paid the agreed to prove on the invoice. **** was incredibly unprofessional telling his manager they shouldnt have to guarantee their work since they waved the $195 due to ***** mistake. He continued to speak over me so I ended up kicking him off my property after being disrespectful and unprofessional. The crew did an absolute SLOPPY job and then left without letting me know or pointing out any work the supposedly did & damaged my house!They charged me $250 for the weather stripping on my garage door and did not even put it on! Also charged me $300 for animal f**** removal & $225 for disinfectant which they didnt do either! They DAMAGED my easement by cutting a huge whole and their shoddy work is VERY SLOPPY! The boys that were out here left sharp wire throughout my yard and didnt clean up after themselves. I will be getting estimates for the damage theyve done to my house.

      I called Critter One for a raccoon issue where they had ripped some singles on the ridge vents on my roof. They came with ****************** that needed to be done from cracked shingles to wire covers for the pipes and a corner piece and roof inserts. The pipe covers are a joke. Wire that they used to cover the pipes cost **** at lowes and the ridge vents look like garbage. They had to come because some of the shingles were sticking up and did not appear to be placed correct**. They came back said they fixed the issue and would be cack to paint the roof inserts. They never came back. I questioned how they were the shingles on the ridge vent looked after the second time and they said they knew what they were doing. That was 2/15/2023. Well today we discovered the shingles on the ridge vents that they replaced and sad they did it right have cracks in them the same thing they said about the ones they replaced so have to reolac again. On ** this time a real roofer came and said they were done wrong so wind can pull and tear them up from the ridge vent.

      You  did touch the ridge vents.  Please read what you bid on and did.  I spoke to ***** a manager on Friday concerning the issues and ***** along with the crew that did they work came  out  a Saturday to fix some of the shingles on the ridge vent that you completely took off, placed wire under the ridge vent them and replaced the ridge vent  with new ones and new shingles.

       

      Please speak the truth and look at the invoice I attached.

      Critter One is scam company who tries to get consumers to pay 4 times the cost for a basic small critter to be removed & then harasses you for more payment. They don't follow their own flyer showing step by step and total number of days required to effectively remove a critter. The sales guy came by in August 2021 regarding potential of a small animal in the attic. They have harassed me for months via text messages, phone calls and emails trying to get me to pay more. Harassment started on 8/10/2021 and went through 11/30/2021. I tried calling back numerous times to talk to the owner about this situation and the harassment, but we played phone tag. I was also hospitalized twice during August when they started harassing me. Apparently, the owner decided that he would send me to a debt collector instead, despite the fact that I DID NOT sign the contract presented to me as I did NOT agree with all of the information listed on it, including the exuberant overcharge for basic removal. I have the actual document that was given to me, which again I did not sign. Their policy says a deposit is required to begin services, which I also did not ever pay. This company wanted to charge me $1,540 to close up 1 area of the roof where a small animal could possibly enter and stated they would discount it to $1,161. They did not update me of any visits (this was a second home, so I was never there). They apparently claimed they did not find any animals, nor did they find any rats, nor did they trap anything. And for that they wanted me to pay $1500, when the current national average is $392! On August 31, after returning from my appendectomy surgery, I paid them $500 telling them it was paid in full as I didn't agree to their terms and to leave me alone. However, they decided to send me to a debt collector with no signed contract or agreement on pricing and no animal removed from home. This is wrong, and they should be avoided and reported.

      Its simple. She agreed to the work. We did all the work without even a deposit for materials. She even trusted us to enter the home without her present to complete the sealing off of the home, f**** removal and attic disinfectant because she lives out of town. We also returned several times to check and remove rats from traps. She never paid and had every excuse as to why she could not call or pay online. Now shes saying she never agree with the work, wow. Please see the other review she left on Thumbtack stating she approved the work. Im not sure why she is lying so much but you can find hundreds of reviews from customers that are super grateful for the service we provide. Weve taken the loss and were ready to move on. As for her she seems to have it out for us leaving false reviews everywhere she can.
