I have been without AC for 4 months . Have contacted the front office and nobody has shown up to fix it.they have told me that they have 300 work orders and 50 units waiting for AC work and only one maintenance guy actually working on site. Im paying rent and have a contract where says they will fix my amenities in less then 7 days and it has been 4 months. Since November 2021 i have had no AC. I have 2 kids . A 1yr old and a 4yr old. I been having to leave my apartment to go some where were there is AC. I want a response from corporate on when they can fix this problem. The front office tells me there waiting on vendors and parts but there is no way it could take 4 months to get my AC fixed. When i call the office i get no response and i have to go in person just to hear the same thing and they apologize so hoping this can help.
