I took my vehicle to Dents Away to repair my front bumper and passenger door on 4/21/2022. They had my vehicle for 2weeks to repair. When I went to pick up my vehicle first thing I noticed was that my windows were down and my car was filthy with white dust or residue. I helped the owner of the business to wipe off my vehicle. My interior was with this dust also. My car was not clean the way it was when they picked it up. My car was a year old. They were paid to replace my bumper and they did not -they repaired it. The ding on my door was gone-but there was a line and chips in paint. The trunk had impression as if a hot hose was laid on it-did not have any damage to my vehicle other than the front bumper and door. So I left with a dirty vehicle inside and out, and damage to my trunk. The owner attempted to buff it out but only made it worse. I contacted my insurance company and since they were not on there list they said they can not do anything. This company was paid for a new bumper and instead repaired my original bumper. I thought that was fraud. Contacted the owner but he had closed down. Now it is reopened. My vehicle was repaired at Apollo Automotive Center, LLC-*******************. I was told that both businesses were no longer open that is why I did not file a complaint sooner.
