              Lies, deceit, threats, lack of communication, 7 months and still no repaired vehicle. Vehicle involved in non fault accident. Vehicle deemed totalled by at fault party. Insured didnt have enough coverage so assigned lyft insurance company. Insurance games, lyft driver non fault, collision center states one thing to insurance company and states another to us. Stated on numerous occasions that vehicle was ready when clearly not(we have photos). ********* center moved vehicle without notifying when/where. ********* center states theyve called and no calls have been returned(weve had to contact the collision center for updates or relied on tracking device on car). By saying this, the collision center states they can claim it abandoned and vehicle becomes theirs!!! All this has led to us surrendering the car to ****** due to brand new vehicle originally classified as totalled, we refuse to make payments and still DO NOT have the vehicle! Theres so much wrong with this whole situation and weve reached the level beyond all levels any person should have to endure!
