July 1, 2023 $6,543.35 Issues with Maaco location. the work done on my vehicle, and the overall price. I paid for a full paint job. They had my vehicle a couple of weeks and painted it in a rush and still wasnt done on time. Paint is not the color I asked for. It has been chipping and peeling. The inside of my vehicle was messed up. I have taken it back twice and still not complete. I have been trying to reach the owner for months by phone and email. The manager there is playing games and I dont have time. I have rented a vehicle several times out of pocket because they still had my vehicle. I have come out of pocket for *********** as well. I requested months ago to go to another Maaco to get my vehicle completed. They do not want to give me money back or pay another Maaco to fix the issues. I will be going to a new duty station summer or fall next year so I want my vehicle complete in case I go overseas or to a state with no Maaco. According to the paperwork I do have warranty. I have pictures and emails for everything since the day I dropped my vehicle off on June 14, 2023. I was told a week but stated I needed my vehicle back on June 29, 2023. It was still not finished I had to rent a car at the airport when I returned from military duty in another state. I was supposed to leave June 30 to go out of town for the holiday. I had to cancel my plans because my vehicle was not done until after 3pm on July 1, 2023. I have more pictures, videos, and email traffic.Business response

You go back and forth on your word and I need everything in writing, a refund for all the inconvenience and unfinished work, it took 20+ days for a response from BBB and personally I have been trying for the last 6 months. I still have not heard from the owner. I do not have time to keep going back and forth with you. Please contact me on here or by email only.Regards,

It has been almost a full year since I took my '22 VW Atlas to this location after my wife hit a deer. It took them over a month to fix the damage and even though it wasn't finished they returned the vehicle to me with the promise that "they'll take it back in and get it fixed" as soon as parts came in. They were paid in full and we have been in constant contact with them, almost weekly. They continue to say they cannot get the parts but they'll call me back the next day with a plan (which they never do). It's been a year and my almost brand-new vehicle still has a check engine light on, almost no air conditioning and a fend/hood that are out of alignment.Initial Complaint

The paint was coming off mostly on the roof of my car so I got several bids. Maaco was not the lowest, but agreed to match the bid from another place. They tried to talk me into painting the whole car, but I explained I am on a fixed income and all I had saved up was to at least paint the top of the car and the hood. The other bid I had received had included the strip next to the roof, so I assumed since they agreed to match the price, their bid would include that area also. It obviously did not. When I went to pick up my car on the 6th day, I was horrified. They had painted the roof, but somewhere during the process had worsened the paint on the drivers side of my car. It was ten times worse than when I left it there. Also, they had removed my weather stripping and thrown it in the trunk. In addition, a bag with change mysteriously vanished and is nowhere to be found. I am so utterly disappointed. This has ruined my holiday season and my belief in the goodness of people.Business response

Here at maaco we all about customer service and quality work.
************************ was explain that her 2009 ****** Prius had a factory defect on her paint and was going to need a **************. She only wanted to paint a few panels in order to do that I had to tape up the non painted panels and explain once tape was going be pulled off that paint will come with the tape. Before any car gets painted needs to be ran thru the car wash some paint came off as well. All these defected paint peeling is beyond our control.

I am rejecting this response because: the amount of paint loss is unacceptable. Furthermore, I never requested my car to be washed! I never go through car washes for this very reason. Also, The quote I had received from ********************** had included the part along the sides to be painted so when you said you would match the quote, I assumed it would cover the same areas.Look at the pictures submitted at the horrible damage on the drivers side that was done. I am saddened every time I see my car now. I would like some sort of repair to this damage that was done by your company.

I had work done on my car after an accident (not my fault) at MAACO in *********** which took like a month and a half to get done. My car had been towed to the shop on the weekend and I wasn't able to grab much from my car beforehand. While my car was in the shop I stopped over once to grab a car charger and everything was still in my car. I didn't think much of it. When I picked up my car there was trash in it (not mine) and stuff was stolen from my car. Over the next day or two, I realized more stuff was stolen. makeup, brand new roller skates, car supplies, etc. It equaled about $400. I told the manager the day I picked up my car and after I called a few times to get a resolution and he told me they would only give me $150. I called the main office 4 x over a month and a half, and they just kept telling me they would "escalate it" and no one ever reached out to me. They then told me their was no other number for me to be passed onto. I left a review on the business page in hopes some one would reach out, no response. This is a terrible way to handle business. Things happen and sometimes you get shady employees, just be willing to fix it.
