I went and bought a transmission from them(A1 Salvage) i notice the damage on the transmission the sales person said they had done work to it and was repaired and they guaranteed me that if it was a good transmission. I agreed to buy it since he guaranteed that if it was not good they would replace it and install it back on my SUV since i payed $1100 to have it put on plus the part which cost *******. I called to find out what's going on with my SUV they tell me the transmission did have leaks where the damage was they said i had 3 options 1 they can repair it but i would have to pay the place they sent my SUV to be taken down and put back on then he said option 2 was for me to take it down they replace it and i have to pay someone again to put it back on or 3 pay them to do it for $600.00 i told them i was not going to pay that i already payed to have it put on the first time then they said will that was my problem i should have payed them to put it on and not someone else and they are not going to do it for free even after the sales guy told me they would take it off and replace it or fix the transmission i told them i was going to contact a attorney and BBB they said well with that said they will not talk to me anymore and hung up on me
