      I was refused entry to a concert on 4/2/23 at the AT&T Center due to having a shirt with plastic beads on it. The staff yelled at ** while in line and were extremely unprofessional as was the manager. They said they looked like spikes. I assured them they were plastic beads that were round on the ends and less than 1/4 inch tall and were made of plastic. They were very rude.

      We had originally purchased tickets to an event where our 2 local *********** teams (*************** vs La ******************) play at the At&t center on Dec 29, 2021 and with those same tickets we were allowed to see the Spurs vs ***** Heat that night. During the high school game we were told the ***** team was not able to make it and game was rescheduled. Spurs then later send us an email that the game had been reschuled for Feb 3, 2022. This new date does not work for me nor my group since last time we where off for Christmas vacation so we could go during the week. This time we don't have the clearance nor days to take off to go. I have submitted 4 request to get my refund but I have yet to receive a reply. I have other people telling me the same thing yet others have received it. I feel at this point they are waiting to get closer to the game to avoid issuing my refund for the 6 tickets I purchased. I purchased section 110 row ******** 9,10,11,12 and section 110 row 24 seat 3 and 4.       On May 28, 2021 I paid $460 with my credit card on order number FIB00611 to register two of my children to the San Antonio Spurs 2021 Overnight ****** **** August 1-6 (1 boy & 1 girl).Payment included $200 for registration and $30 for 2021 Spurs ****** ********************** for each child, for a total of $460.We were unable to attend the summer camp and cancelled on July 22, 2021 and asked for our refund via e-mail to **************************************************** and via phone and text messages to ***************.While the business acknowledged our cancellation, it did not respond to our refund request.I have been trying to obtain a response via e-mail, phone and text to no avail for the past month and have not received our refund yet nor an answer form the business.

      Thank you for the information and opportunity to respond to ****************** complaint.

      We received and acknowledged ****************** cancellation dated July 22, 2021 within an acceptable period.

      Though ************** purchased refund insurance on May 29, 2021, when he registered for the event in question, the deadline to cancel under the insurance was May 31, 2021. 

      The delayed response to the refund request was not intentional.  Despite the refund insurance provision, we granted partial refunds, less an administrative fee and the required deposit, for cancellations up to one business day before the event if needed.

      We have responded to ************** with the courtesy of a full refund of his registration payment in the amount of $400.  We are unable to refund the fees for the refund insurance purchased in the transaction.

      ************** responded in acceptance and is waiting for the refund to process with his financial institution.
