I made a purchase and during covid and the retailer only provided part of the order. Upon contacting the retailer they asked for patience in receiving my order. I reached out 30 days later and made numerous attempts at either a refund or full order fulfillment. The retailer refused to give a *********** bank is refusing to provide a refund because the transaction is 60 days past the statement date. I'm out of $77 with no remedy.Business response

Tell us why here...Thank you for contacting us. We reviewed this account and see the customer order was fulfilled but the customer states that the shipment was missing some items. We have refunded the items that the customer reports are missing from the order.Initial Complaint

August 26th 2021 I ordered ***** of product some time went by I emailed the company they assured me my order would come claiming covid shipping issues then waited longer messaged again they said half my order was ready the remaining would be in shortly then never heard back its been 8 months now still nothing so I reached out again and was responded to by saying sorry you've had a bad experience then blocked not able to respondBusiness response

I purchased product online from this business in August of 2021. Despite multiple contacts via *********, emails, clarifying my order number, etc, I never received a product, nor a refund. I was promised a refund in January but never received it. Many other customersas seen in their ********* post commentsnever received an order or a refund from online sales. On 08/17/21 and 08/23/21 I placed orders with Organicallybathbeauty.com. In November, I still had not received the two outstanding orders so, I requested that if the orders could not be shipped in time for Christmas that they be canceled abd that refunds be issued fir both. Since that time I have requested refunds on three different occasions with no refunds sent. It has now been more than six months since I placed these orders and I have not received the products(which I no longer want) or refunds. I reached out again within the last two weeks to request refunds be issued and was told both orders would be shipped on 02/24/22. On my last interaction I requested refunds and nothing was mentioned in the follow up emails about refunds.Initial Complaint

On Black Friday 2021; Friday November 26th at 2:27 PM, I made a purchase frome Organically Bath and Beauty for several organic soaps. Pls see banking line item. I have not received the items. I emailed them late Dec or early Jan and they replied that the order would ship in two weeks. I still have not received my items. I tries to send another email and or call but the site was down so I sent them a message on Instagram, they replied to email them. It has been close to 3 months and I keep getting the run around. In August 2021 I placed 2 orders for soaps during their $2 sale totaling $98. In October I emailed the company about the delay in the orders and was told 1 of the orders had been fulfilled. In late October I received 1 order and a coupon for a discount on a future order. Under the impression they were caught up with orders I placed a second order totaling $90. By December ******************************************************* any information on the October order. I emailed the company to ask about the orders and was told they would be sent by the end of the month. In January when nothing had been received I requested they cancel my remaining orders and refund my money. I have sent 5 emails since November about my orders. cancelation and refund and they requested to confirm my order numbers, but I have not received a refund. After confirming my order numbers the company has failed to respond to my additional emails. I can provide proof of purchase and proof of my emails to the company. I would simply like to have refund for my orders that have not been received. It is truly sad that in almost 8 months this company has been unable to fulfill orders or issue refunds.Business response

The order was placed on 10/15/2021. It was paid in full. Part of the order was delivered two bars of soap and a free facial. Nearing the end of November is sent an email to this company questioning about the order. They replied after a few days stating that they'll get the rest of the order out to us. Then End December came send out another email out. Requesting for it to be deliver or refund the money. I got a response stating it just to of them. Till this day no products or refund. This company need to make things right.Business response

This order was shipped to the customer. We advise customers to contact the carrier directly to resolve any mailbox issues but we are not responsible for issues of this nature. We provide several shipping options and carriers. If customers prefer to use *** and ***** as opposed to **** we are happy to provide this option. However ******************** order was shipped and according to tracking it was received. I have attached the documentation. Thank you for contacting us directly.

I am rejecting this response because:
That was part of the order. They still owe us 9 items. We only 3 two was what we order and they third was the free item. I sent to emails to prove that have not completed the order. And I can prove the full payment. That they received for all the My money full payment. They could of refund the money for the items they don't have in stock. We can't call because the number be busy or go straight to a voice message. I can only contact them email. No other way. My next step is to take them to smalls claims court. I deserve to either get my products or a refund. I have a camera at my door and **** app that lets me know what's coming to my home and where from. They need to tell the truth. I have all the proof. If you need more evidence. Please request. I can call the the email conversations. Thank you.

I paid for thirteen soaps in late August during a $2 soap deal. Over the last few months they have kept customers updated that the soaps are still not ready. In October they offered customers the opportunity for a refund which I contracted them and said I would like instead of receiving my soaps or alternative soaps. Ever since they have been stringing me along. I have been very polite and understanding but now it seems time to address this elsewhere.There was a question about the wrong name being on the order ******* autofilled my sister's name in the address spot and I didn't catch it) but I explained this and gave the information they asked for to prove it was me. I have placed an order with company on August 23, 2021. After 3 weeks not receiving my order I was contacting them periodically to get update on the status of the order. On October 17, ********************************************* refund but on October 30, 2021 refund was reversed, and I was charged back for cancelled order. Ordered 14 bars of soap from Organically *************************** that were on sale for $33.79. After two months (having paid at the time the order was placed) they still could not fulfill my order because the items that I ordered were not in stock and so they cancelled it. They told me that they would refund my money through PayPal and did, but when I placed a substitute order with items that they had in stock, they charged me again and then reversed my refund with PayPal. I ended up paying $67.58 for THREE bars of soap!Business response

On 10/26 the customer was refunded for the order per his request. Thereafter the customer asked that the order be reinstated and sent several messages pleading for a reversal. We completed a reversal and reinstated order on Nov 1st. The customer then made a ******************** complaint after the reversal with the order reinstatement. The customer order was refunded on 11/27 and the order was completely canceled.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: I did not want this order refunded! I Made the BBB complaint prior to my order being reinstated. I was under the impression that because of my BBB complaint, that is the reason my order was reinstated and I was going to be shipped my order per the owner, ***********************. The recent refund was a complete surprise! I am still requesting that this order be fulfilled as promised!
