This law firm and ***** NOACK knowingly pray upon people and steal their money directly from their bank account with zero warning. Alongside a corrupt Judge who signs the orders this Law firm is breaking the fair debt collection act by secretly accessing private citizens bank accounts and without warning or permission taking whatever payment they want. All amounts they take from people far exceed what is owed to the original debt. The original debt that was on my credit for this account was $1,100 however ***** NOACK decided on his own to arbitrarily raise the amount to $1,818.04. The rules of ***** Receivership CLEARLY states they are to freeze the bank account and provide a number for the victim to call in order to set up a payment arrangement but ***** NOACKs Law Firm just robs people of whatever amount of money they want, whenever they want. They are ALL breaking federal law! In addition any real person is 100% unreachable by their phone number as it sends you into a never ending spiderweb of automated systems before simply hanging up on you. This debt was from 4+ yrs ago which exceeds to ************** statute of limitations for debt as well as being a consumer debt which is protected against unlawful garnishment by the Fair Debt collection act. This law firm needs to be found guilty of breaking felony laws and ***** NOACK needs to be arrested and convicted of unlawfully seizing bank accounts of private citizens. I want my money back and I will make payment arrangements with the original debtor ONLY. ***** NOACK IS A THIEF AND A CRIMINAL AND SHOULD BE IN JAIL ALONG WITH THE JUDGE HE HAS IN HIS POCKET! They are getting away with multiple felonies on a daily basis and nobody is doing anything about it.One last thing, a quick search online reveals this Law Firm is ruining lives on a daily basis. We are powerless against these people unless someone far above us helps. Please help me and the countless others having their lives ruined by ***** NOACK
