      Cabinet Corner management is unwilling to warranty their work for our newly built home. The drawers that we purchased from them have manufacture and workmanship defects, we have since filed official requests for warranty replacement with our builder and Cabinet Corner but they are not abiding by their own contract.

      We have an appointment with the homeowner on May 30th to fix serval issues. The drawers from the manufacture do only come with one soft close clip that is something that is just how it comes. The drawers that *** be need to be adjusted we can adjust. The homeowners have lived in the house for serval months, we did not go out right after move in because the builder did owe ** money on that project. While we do recognize this is not the homeowners fault we did not leave any issues that would have left the cabinets or home not able to be used. There are some cosmetic issues that we do plan to correct on our appointment May 30th. I did have to make that appointment with the builders employee ***** because *************** was not able to have a conversation with me while maintaining respect. She was very disrespectful, cursing at me, yelling and not letting me finish my explanation. I do let all customers know when we go out to do a service it is possible that all the issues might not be fixed, it is just a blanket coverage just in case we need to order material and it *** take more than one visit. I do not want to let customers have an expectation we can not fulfill. With the ******* cabinets it is more difficult because we no longer sell that line of cabinets and that warranty from their cabinets has expired, it is one year from when we ordered them. The company no longer takes orders from ** at all. I do want to help fix their issues and have them happy with their product. It does make it more difficult when the homeowner is yelling and not letting you explain your process now. *************** was never told we will not go out and try to fix their issues.

      We purchased a new build home whose cabinets were provided by cabinet corner in August of 2022. On our 30 day punch list (and even before closing) we noted that the soft close hinges were missing from the majority of the cabinets in our home. Additionally we have one faulty cabinet door that comes ************* at least once a day. After months of unanswered phone calls, two visits by employees who have made empty promises to come back with the parts, we want to formally make a complaint. This business is not upholding their end of the bargain and not providing warranty for their work on our home.
