Took my truck to Classic for repair due to a accident. They returned my truck not completed. It was taken back for a 2nd time. They now have had my truck for 3 weeks and supposedly the part needed is on national backorder. The manager I have reached out to ***** refuses to return my calls. Ive called multiple times. My truck is sitting at a Chevrolet dealership they sent it too and that is as much info as I have. Please help!Business response

Good morning, the vehicle was brought in for repairs and the ins **mpany declined the suspension damage therefore the suspension was not repaired. When the vehicle was picked up the customer called the ins **mpany and **mplained about the suspension and after a few days the customer brought the vehicle back to us and the ins ** requested we take the vehicle to the dealer to diagnose customer issues. The ins **mpany **ntacted the dealer and approved repairs, the repair order was in the customer's name and the dealership was in **nstant **ntact with the customer. The part was on back order but that is something that is out of our **ntrol. I (*****) did speak to the customer on more than one occasion, and he was upset that a part was on backorder but that is out of our **ntrol, we do not manufacture parts.
