1) Incomplete Carpet Cleaning & poor job cleaning carpets. The cleaner left the house and said he was done. I noticed he hadn't cleaned half of one of the closets, called in, and he returned to finish the job. We later found another area behind a door that he also did not attempt to clean. Overall, there are still stains throughout the rooms we had pointed out and told him we wanted those cleaned. He assured us he would. 2) The cleaner ran a large colored tube into each room. We noticed that he damaged both drywall and baseboards, leaving large divits and colored marks the same color of the cleaning tube. That's going to require a repair of drywall, wood, and repainting. Expected damage is $1,200 on the low side. This is a new house and those areas were prestine prior to the carpet cleaner recklessly running his tubes around corners because he was in a rush to get things done fast.Initial Complaint

booked a rug cleaning appt. as the rug was drying there appeared to be many blue ink spots. called the company and service guy came out, and owned his mistake said he shouldnt of rinsed it. He took the rug to the company warehouse where they had it for 3+ weeks and it came back with the same results. Same ***************** delivered it and appologized for his mistake and said the company would make it right. After i sent them the reciept for $5000. they were not trying to help manager "will" called and said they cleaned it to company standards and we should of had it warehouse cleaned originally. Will said they would not replace it rug is 6-8 months oldInitial Complaint

I have been receiving Phone ************** from ******************************* stating they're calling me from Steam Master Cleaning. I don't have an account or ever have used your services at all.I used ******* Steamer on 8/2017 once.Now, I'm getting calls & emails from your company.Was my information stolen from them?Stop contacting me & remove my ************** from you system.THIS IS FRAUD.Business response

We made contact with *********************** at the Home & Garden show Spring of 2019 and he provided us with his information.
I apologize for the situation, I have updated our database and ***** will not be contacted again.

So uncomfortable with the technician and his comments that I waited outside in my car. He asked questions that were not appropriate asked if I was living alone and if I was doing all the work by myself I gave one word answers and left the house . Complete disregard for social ques and was disrespectful Made a formal complaint and NEVER heard back Like the didn't care , this technician is allowed to sexually harass females with no response from the company. I am not the first and won't be the lastBusiness response
