I placed a $30 dollar order on 5/31/2022 was asked what type of chicken advised extra crispy waited 20 minutes then was told all out of extra crispy I stated this should been advised before a customer make the payment. So I was Force to alter my meal then get home the meal was still incorrect. How. So basically I got robbed and had to go back this was an hour plus gas to be treated as if I done something wrong the location on ********************** has the worse customer service I was at the location at 6:30 pm using my card ending ****. I went back they kept my receipt please get better Management and Employee never again. Like they didnt say Im sorry would you like a refund like that wasnt an option. Heres a few cookies I dont want cookies.Business response
