I ordered online using the McDonalds mobile app, then went to the restaurant and checked in. My credit card was charged and I waited for about 20 minutes and then tried calling because it was taking so long. No one was answering, so I got off and tried to go inside. The doors were locked, so again I tried calling and by this time I had to leave because I had to get back to work as it was now over 30 minutes. Finally a male answered and said they would take the food out to me as soon as possible but I was gone so I asked him to cancel my order. He said I had to do that on the app, so I went back to the app and the status changed from waiting to deliver to delivered so I was unable to cancel. I tried calling again several times and they were just picking up and hanging up. I am not able to get a refund and never received my order. This was done today 11/17 at 12:30PM.
