I purchased my cat from *******************/Bellspurr Cattery two years ago. He had ringworm, which she did disclose, and we decided to take the cat anyway. I appreciated her honesty and for giving us the option of an alternate cat if we preferred.Because of this experience, I vouched for her when my friend was looking for an exotic shorthair. His experience has been HORRIBLE. First of all, she never disclosed that the cat had ringworm. Then she said hed had it, but she thought it was under control and it must be a flare up.When I contacted **** to ask why she didnt disclose the ringworm to my friend, first she said she didnt know about it then she admitted she knew but was so embarrassed to tell him. Her next message to me: I should have told him and I didnt have the *****.She also tried to hide the ringworm, not even worried that she was HURTING THE ***** I scratched at it when I saw it and made a hole.**** offered to reach out to my friend. She did not. I followed up with a message requesting that she pay the vet bills. She did not respond.A breeder Id purchased another cat from messaged me saying: I know who she is and shes a mess. Thats why I would get the cat rechecked, *****, feline leukemia and all. She has so many cats. Too many and really cant take care of them all. Well I dont really know that, but her cats look sick.It pains me to say that this is NOT a reputable breeder. She would rather make the sale than disclose a health issue a health issue that would spread to my friends other animals. And she lies. I cannot count how many lies she told my friend and me. Very disheartening, especially coming from someone Id previously vouched for.
