Asked to return product that was defective that they sell & told me no. Which was fine until I learned their policy is seven days for returns. The products I purchased that are defective will no longer charge, however it takes more than seven days to realize the product has any issues. After contacting their customer service they gave me the run-around & sent me to the manufacturer for more help. This frustrating because it had barely been 24 hours from the seven day ****. But no way they wont be reasonable at all. I told them they sound like they are running a scam with the policy & told me every store in the area is the same. (Which is not true) most stores in the area do no refunds or exchanges at all. Afterward, I left a review on ****** about my experience when the customer service or owner that was trying to help me, replied to my review about being a *****. Funny because I didnt know pointing out an unreasonable company was so bad. So now Im $200 short from buying defective products from this company.
