YEAR 2021 The staring of the issue I started get a lot of debit Cards stolen after i signed the Meadow Lawn policy contract an I was with Ace Checking Account at that time but had to end the bank agreement because of the stolen debit card issue. and I open a Chase Account and with in a year and half I notice I wasn't getting any withdrawn from Meadow Lawn concerning my debit card deductions so I called them and asked to speak to who was over the billing area so I can try correct the issue at hand and I was told she would call me back but she never did. So I called back and I was told the information again but never got a call back for the second time. Year 2022. I called Both of Meadow Lawn and the Security Branch and asked for a tally staring with the starting year 0f 2021 balance until the present monthly balance of the request of and they did send them but both policy never reflexed a balance deduction but an late fee increase only so I called them about it and **** told that they didn't work in that area and they would have someone to call me but no ever did call me back. so I called Mrs. ****** who so me the policy and she told me that she was in a different area at this time and could do anything so i asked her about the plot area insurance that she told me about and when was a going to get the very thick plot paperwork Mrs. ****** said she would check on why I haven't received it yet. But I never received the thick fold paperwork either. Year 2023. I received my first cancellation on Aug.3, 2023 from my P. O. Box **** which they posted for the August. 01, 23. which stated I had 15 days to respond to default in the payment of the sum due , pursuant to your contract terms, and all sums paid there under have been retained as liquidated damages. Their offer on how to correct this error is if I would rewrite the contract with a one time offer to eliminate all past due late fees owed Monday 7, 23. I called to set up a appointment was told someone would contact meBusiness response

We have made several attempts to set an appointment with ************ to discuss his cancelled cemetery property contract. We have called and left messages, texted by telephone, as well as, emailed, with no response. His contract was cancelled for non-payment. We can re-write his contract and have attempted to do so, but cannot get a response from ************* If he will call our office, we would be happy to sit with him to discuss all his options and assist him with his needs and concerns.
