      *****, the owner of Cafe Azteca solicited to me that I could order an *************** espresso machine and a Mahlkoniq k30 air grinder from him. On February 27, 2022 I paid for the *************** to be ordered for a total of $1,183.91. On March 16, 2022 I had paid a total of 2 payments for the k30 air coffee bean grinder. I paid one deposit on March 8th for $635.00 and a second deposit on March 16th for $830.00. I have receipts for all these payments. I was promised that these orders were placed and should be delivered by May 2022 at the latest. Time went by and I never received the items. I kept getting told that there were shipping delays or there were times ***** never answered my calls and texts. I didnt receive the espresso machine until October 2022 without a box and seemed used. He did not have the grinder for me and had no update to when it was going to come in. I finally told him to tell the manufacturer to cancel my order and I needed a refund in December of 2022. I had to make multiple calls, messages, emails until he finally told me to meet him at his shop on January 17th during my lunch to give me my refund. This was a month and a half after he received the refund. He did not have cash for me and made the excuse that he could only send $495 electronically through Venmo. He had promised that he would drop off the remaining $970 at my house the next day. I still have yet to receive my refund and ***** keeps promising different days but keeps extending them. There will be days where he will not answer my calls. I had trust in him, however, I believe he used my money for other items than what I ordered. I never even received one shipping/order confirmation for any of the items other than the receipts from Cafe Azteca. I had planned to open my business with these items and it has set me back to become a small business owner. I would really appreciate any help I can.
