      I had an appointment with Airtron on 1/4/24 and they gave me a 7 hour window (1:00 pm to 8:00 pm). I left work around noon to ensure I would be there for when the technician arrives. Finally at 6:30, I called to inquire about an estimated arrival time, and the lady on the phone simple told me that they will not make it out to my house because of other service calls. Rating Airtron at even "one star" is too much. They deserve no star at all! No way to treat a customer. TRY HARDER **********************!

      We were paying for the maintanance program for more than one year. We decided to cancel it and they charged us for the services that we got while we were paying for the program.

      We bought a brand new house 5 years ago. From day 1, we have had ** issues. The ** does not cool right, the house is not balanced, duct work was coming apart, etc.... We called someone out to fix and balance the house, it did nothing. 1 room is 78, the other room is 68 when the ** is running. Then a piece of duct was falling off and the ** was sucking hot air straight from the attic into the unit, causing a potentially hazardous situation for mold. They came out 2 years ago and claim they fix that. Now, we have spots around the duct work in the attic cold air is pouring out, plus a piece of duct work that comes completely off and blows cold air in the attic, as well as obviously allows hot air in the ducts. My kids have been sick for months, all respiratory issues. I went to the Dr this month as well and I have pulmonary issues currently and allergy issues. I have a mold team coming out today to determine if mold is currently in the ducts around the house. I pray mold due to faulty ** work is not the cause of our families well being.

      We pay monthly for the annual service and they came out to do it and ac stopped working for 3 days with no call after escalating to manager and they were scheduled to come out from **** and still havent received call for ac being out post regular maintenance

      recently moved into a new home, If i weren't under warranty for 2 years with Airtron, no way I would give them my hard earned money and business when they have zero consideration in people's time. If Airtron can't keep up with demand and maybe have a team to take care of emergency situation and then a separate team to take care of anything else, something isn't right.1st, I was told the next appointment was at least 3 weeks out so it was set for the 4th between 3p to 10p. I get a called at 9:30p and due to "emergency calls". They wanted to re-schedule for the 21st. That was wonderful, I had asked the afternoon off and it was wasted. So Airtron said they could do the 9th (well it got cancelled again) and they finally showed up the 11th at 9:15pm. The tech was superb though when he was finally here, listening to our concern and then ordered some extra parts to fix the issue and follow up appointment set for the 18th between 1p to 8p. I get a call at 9:35pm telling me they were sorry due to emergency calls they didn't make it and it was would be re-scheduled for the 23rd (to be continued). Once my warranty expires, no chance i'll give my business to Airtron. took 3 afternoon off waiting for them and they love to cancel on you. None of the less I needed a new AC grille that i've been waiting for 6 months and I'm still waiting. I don't think it should be this hard.

      ***** was completely rude over the phone on this time around. Ive been rescheduled by this company quite a few times and completely forgot about for my last appointment which I had to call and reschedule myself. There was absolutely no reason to be rude to a customer who has been rescheduled over and over. I was assured the last time by making my appointment so far out they would be here around 5-6. I understand demands come in but a delay call would be nice not a call at 8:15pm and have a bad attitude.

      DON'T USE!! COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!Our new house has not cooling evenly. One side of the house is 12 degrees cooler than the other. It is still under warranty, so our warranty agent scheduled Airtron to come look. The service guy that came showed up at 1:30 for his *****pm booking window! No call. No apologies. Came in reeking of smoke. Didn't test anything. Didn't have ******** reading tools. Said maybe we should change the registers. I told him about another issue with the **** and he said it wasn't his problem. An electrician needed to take care of that! After a total of about 8 minutes, he left. Said they would order some registers to see if that helped and would call us to install.2 months go by. no call. So I reached out to our warranty agent, and he said he called AirTron, and they "said" they had tried to call both myself and my husband, which is simply a LIE. Neither of us ever received a call from them. We both checked through our entire call log and voicemails. Nothing. Our warranty agent got us scheduled for a month out. The day before our appt, I called AirTron to just confirm they were still coming. They said they were coming between 8-10am.So I cancel out of work meetings, ready at 8am. At 9:30am, my husband gets a call that they don't have registers and they're not coming. This is an hour and a half AFTER their slated start time!Not sure how the registers still wouldn't be in on June 1 after ordering them on march 21. I called AirTron. She said that they dont' actually order registers per client, they just keep a bunch in stock. They don't reserve them for appointments. So when they went to load the truck this morning, the warehouse was out . . . I don't know how a business can run like that. And they knew when they loaded their truck this morning BEFORE 8am that they didn't have registers, and they didn't call until 9:30.I have asked our builder warranty agent if they can stop using them as a vendor for all of their homes.

      Airtron has zero consideration for it's customers time. When we made our appointment we were given a window of 8-3 (7 hours). It's pretty poor they can't manage their crews more efficiently. The tech finally arrived at 5:20 pm. We had to cancel an important commitment because of their incompetence. We weren't told up front that the tech would call us before he came to our home and if we didn't answer they would push our appointment back. Who answers calls from numbers they don't know ? And why wasn't a voicemail left ? When I called them to ensure they were still coming, I was told they tried to call me 2 times earlier in the day. And since I didn't answer, they pushed my appointment back. Obviously, they don't understand how smartphones work, I didn't have any recent calls that day. So they lied to me. (Customers are too dumb to know any better). When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told she was busy and would get back to me. But of coarse that didn't happen. I told them I don't answer phone calls from numbers I don't know (spam and phishing concerns). If someone calls and it's important, they will leave a voicemail. I asked for the number of the tech, but was told they didn't have that info. The tech, *****, once he arrived did a good job. Airtron needs to revise their scheduling procedures and manage their crews more efficiently. Understand customers have lives and don't need to sit around for 9 hours waiting for a tech to arrive.

      Outside unit clearly has a leak with ice build up on the plumbing coming out of the unit. The ** is not cooling the house very well at all. Thermostat reads 79 during the day. We work all day and have to leave the dogs at home. I can't just leave the windows open while no one is home. They did not seem to consider it an emergency and told me I'd have to call in the morning t schedule an appointment. I tried the next morning and got the run around. My landlord and the home builder's warranty department and I have all tried calling and here it is night time and still no call to any of us. Extremely poor service.

      Scheduled 1 month in advance for a tech to come out and check a ventilation issue in a room scheduled between 1pm and 10pm. Power surge ends up happening at a later date still prior to the appointment. I immediately inform Airtron of the issue 1 day prior to the appointment that HVAC unit has been damaged. At this point outside is 95 DEGREES F. Considered an EMERGENCY by almost all companies by ***************, I call repeatedly to get this issue resolved over the course of 4 days. The outcome? The technician no call no show, spoke to 4 different dispatchers each claiming that the technician was enroute, my phone calls later reached voicemail. MIND YOU OTHER COMPANIES THAT WEREN'T SCHEDULED SHOWED UP (electricians from ONCOR and Crest) DESPITE NOT BEING SCHEDULED! I have a call log of over 40 calls with numerous voicemails, 3 emails and not one reached a person of authority. Had to contact corporate through the **** branch and still haven't heard back from anyone. Warrantied through this company but clearly they have no interest in taking care of their clients. This incidence demonstrates that this company is capable of: extreme negligence, incompetence, inability to communicate and inability to perform their job in every related aspect. Very surprised that they bring in any revenue in at all, but given that many companies in America fail, it's only a matter of time. The only explanation is that they partner with companies that are well networked despite not having the employee capacity to fulfill promises. Word of advice: don't spread yourself too thin and actually hire employees that you can trust. Will be moving my business elsewhere, I suggest you all take heed and do the same.
