This business has been charging my PayPal for over 3 years now. *** tried contacting the business about canceling the service, no way to get ahold of them. Very shady.Business response

The customer has first contacted us on 8/23, when BBB complaint was made (see attachment 1). No previous contacts have been recorded
The cancellation was immediately processed by our support staff (see attachment 2)

I last went on soft math website 7/24/2022 Went in there tonight as I see I have recurring monthly payments of $9.99 starting 12/05/2022, 1/04/2023 through 05/04/2023 I did not authorize this and tried to find a way to cancel the subscription but cannot find a way to do do.Business response

I have been trying to contact Softmath to cancel my subscription to **********.com. I am being charged $9.99 a month and I have not used the service. I have not been able to log in to the site and when I try to call or request help with a password reset or log in assistance, the number is busy and I do not receive any responses. I want to cancel this service ASAP and if possible receive a refund since I have not been able to use it at all.Business response

The customer's email is factually incorrect. First, the customer has contacted us about problems with the password, which were resolved by our customer support. The customer did not contact us about cancelling the subscription (see attached document).
Now that we know that the customer wants to cancel the subscription, we have immediately cancelled it (see attached document).
