Bought a new home built by Progresso but work was all contracted and completed by Flash Construction 1, LLC and had issues from the very beginning. My wife and I notified them of the granite couter top having cracks across the the whole island and was told they would replace it after we moved in. So they sent someone to come do it and while removing the existing countertops, they managed to break multiple cabinets as well as damage my new stainless steel refrigerator. Then after removing the old countertop, they realized that they had measured it wrong and the new countertops would not fit. They end up leaving me without countertops until the correct ones would come in. After about 4 months living in the new house it rained and my whole lot got flooded and cause my septic tank to fill with rain water. That cause use to not be able to use our toilets for 4 days until they came and pumped it out. After they were done doing that they didn't want to replace my grass and ended up breaking my septic tank due them running it over with machines. It rained again recently and my lot is pooling more water than before and they refused to fix my septic and fix the pooling of the property. ****** is the general contractor and he is very rude. He got upset simply because I texted him for a time line of when the work would be done due to plans I had for my yard. He told me that he can just grab his things and leave. I can honestly say I wasn't rude or disrespectful to him. The workmanship in this house that was done by Flash Construction 1, LLC is by far the worse..the owner does not acknowledge anything or take care of anything. After he damaged all our stuff Progresso Builders and Flash construction 1, LLC completely ghosted us and not even holding up to the warranty that we have. I definitely and strongly recommend looking for a different construction and different builder.
