I should have written this years ago. Around 2018 or 2019 I hired Chris for a project to renovate and flip a house. In hindsight, its miraculous he even got almost halfway through it before money issues started popping up. In the end, he ultimately stole around *****k in project funds that were intended to pay subs and purchase appliances/cabinetry/countertops. Several of his subs eventually came to me asking for thousands that they were owed. At the time, his company was called Trinity Construction but Im sure it has changed multiple times. I can only hope that any future potential victims read this before they even consider giving him a cent. He is a professional con artist and thief. He also frequently switches real estate brokerage companies and has been with several from *********************, Kuper, *****************************, to *******. I have no idea how he still has a real estate license. It should be immediately revoked.

Chris gave me a bid through an email, which I verbally agreed to because he was referred from a friend. He destroyed several things on my property and never even attempted to fix them. They are still destroyed three months later. There is a giant pile of excavated material he has left in my driveway for two months now. He destroyed a plumbing line and an underground electrical line, neither of which have been fixed two months later. The first subcontractor working for Chris threatened to *** me because he said Chris would not pay him for work completed. Chris told me that the subcontractor was lying and was drunk. Another subcontractor was eventually hired and after completing a minimal amount of work refused to continue because he said Chris would not pay him. The project is nine weeks behind schedule, and Chris has abandoned the project. The second contractor said Chris gave him a $1,000 check that bounced and that Chris owes him another $1,000 that he can't collect on. The first contractor has come forward saying Chris gave him a $2,000 that bounced, and that Chris owes him another $4,500 he can't collect on.Chris will not provide any documentation of any expenses and claims that he has already spent most of the money that I gave him, yet he has failed to purchase anything close to one-fourth of the required material. Chris **** is a thief and a liar. Do not trust him.
