I signed up for this company's ************ Subscription which is a monthly subscription to access their content. Per the directions on their website to cancel the account you are supposed to contact them to let them know before the end of your monthly account period. I contacted them on 9-22-2022 to confirm what would happen (how long I would have access) if I cancelled my account. They responded on 9-27-2022 to answer the question and asked to confirm if I wanted to cancel the account and I responded to confirm my cancellation request and requested confirmation. They never followed up to confirm the confirmation and then proceed to still charge my card next month anyway so I have had to dispute the transaction with my bank.Business response

I did respond directly to the customer complaint when it reached me, and it was resolved with immediacy. See attached communication to the complainant and documentation of the refund to her credit card.Customer response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me as they did finally process my refund however I would like to note that I had to contact the business multiple times and speak to multiple people in order to get my funds refunded. It was not a simple nor easy process for them to acknowledge and fix the error and their communication via email which they list on their website as the preferred method of contact they don't take the time to actually respond to and the documentation supports that. Anyone doing business with this company should be aware of that. It also seemed like no one was willing to take responsibility for the lack of communication or the error itself and that each person I spoke with blamed it on a different department that they weren't in.
