      I pumped diesel on Sunday, 6/2/2024 at the Circle K at ************** and ****** store *******. I wasn't paying attention but when the pump finally clicked, it showed to have pumped 30 gallons of diesel into my ************************************ at 1/4 of a tank. I've tried to address this with store management to no avail as the truck then only showed 3/4 of a tank upon completion which meant it only actually pumped 12 to 14 gallons into my tank. They gave me an incorrect corporate number to call and the Texas number on the website does not work. I am owed a refund but nothing is being done.

      We sent your comments to the fuel team and this is their response.

      Its something done on purpose by the car manufacturers as a safety feature.  There is always a 1-2 gallon difference between the stated capacity of the gas tank in the Owners Manual and the Actual Liquid Capacity of the tank.  They dont want people to overfill their tanks for several mechanical and safety reasons.  Drivers should stop the flow of fuel when the nozzle clicks off.  If they continue to fill, they will fill up the last 5% of the tank which should be left open for expansion. They will also fill the tube that goes from the tank up to where your gas cap is, which can hold a gallon by itself.

      I live in ********* in ******, I just want to say that *** is the best employee ever, she is always so nice and she loves her job. She is always there with a greeting and a smile even though there is not enough staff. :)

      Circle K does not care about the coffee they sale. Ever since the take over they have coffee machines down 8 month out of order & only have left 1 that is super slow on Circle K AT ******* /Timberview location. They also removed the 3rd one and has removed the machine creamers. In order to save money but yet they advertise sip and save. I have been a sip & save customer & have noticed a decline. Its sad to see that nobody cares. They should sale it back to Valero.

      Well, I paid a visit to this particular Circle K store knowing it’s one of the newest ones here. I went in to get three drinks and to find out no X-large lids anywhere in the area they are supposed to be in. I went up to the register to ask if I could get X-large lids and the 1 out of 3 ladies said I need to get my line down first and then I will check in the back, so I said okay well, I waited 5 to 8 mins and she never came over to help me out. I just don’t understand knowing there were 3 ladies up front with ONLY one register open and you mean to tell me not one of the other ladies could help me? I felt very ignored. What horrible customer service located at 3100 Zaragoza/Pebble Hills Blvd El Paso Tx 79938.

      I am writing this review because I I'm so upset, 6 yrs ago I left circle K due to a very personal issue with my mother and her health I honestly thought I left on good standing when I came back I was so happy I could return to my so called normal life that night my mother fell I'll again and I had to run fly whatever u want to call it, the following day i made sure i called my manager and let her know 6 yrs now I reapplied come to find out I am un hireable, I am shocked at the way my personal situation was handled after I was told and saw by the manager at the new interview that I was re hireable, if I give circle K 2 yrs of not missing one day always coming in when needed. Then when is family important, sad to say my old manager whom I saw not to long ago and was the one to tell me to apply was the one to put me down as un rehireable. So upsetting.

      I was at the store at ******* and I35 (*****) yesterday and there was an incident with one of your employees. He was playing very loud music at the check out counter that had a lot of profanity in the so called music. I told him it was very annoying and troubling to me and the customers. He immediately got back in my face and started arguing with me. He said this is the type of music he liked. His name was *****. He is NOT the type of CSR that I would ever expect from any service oriented business should ever tolerate. Circle K deserves better than this!****

      I purchased the ultimate car wash from circle k had it for about 6 months had a issue with the appt and tried to get ahold of customer service. After leaving a few emails because there is no phone number to call someone finally got back to me after 10 days and I was able to get my wash however it was not the wash I paid for. I tried to get back in touch with them again and finally gave up called them crooks! So after almost 2 weeks I recived a email and was told I would receive a refund of 39 dollars in a month. Here it is a month later and they billed me again. I called my bank and was told that it was a debt and a credit maybe I will have to wait for 5 to 7 days to see if the money comes out or not but that debt should never have happen and I should have been credited 39 dollars. I will bet that if I wait the 5 to 7 day I will get 39 dollars but not they owe me 78 dollars and if I can ever get in again they will tell me I got my money back. Never do business with circle k again I will not even go in to one of there stores to use the bathroom!!!! Never buy there subscription car wash it is a rip off. They sell it as unlimited but you can only get 2 washes per day that is not unlimited!!!!! That and the wash is not that good anyhow.

      I am a regular Circle K customer. I typically put gas and get coffee. I put gas the other day. The hose busted on me. All this gas began to spread all over me and my vehicle. The lady on duty had to shut down all the pumps. She did not offer to assist me at all. I understand she was frustrated. She did give me a number to corporate, which is a big joke. Noone replies at their offices. Meanwhile, I was ill that week. She told me the manager would give me a call. She refused to give me any management personnel's phone number. I noticed the hose had been wrapped with tape. I have photos. I feel that this is very unsafe and a health hazard.

      I went to Circle K to purchase 3 items.The total for the 3 items rings up to close to $17. I felt that I was being overcharged but I was tired and just swiped my card and paid anyway. The card scanning machine read approved but the young man ringing me up said it was declined. I told him that the machine just said approved but he was like "It didn't go through." I inserted my card again and this time it really did say declined because the funds had already been taken off. My account online showed that the 1st transaction went through and was Completed, not pending, but Completed. I showed this to the clerk, but he refused to give me my purchase and made a big to-do about digging into the trash for my receipt. He calls his supervisor or manager, I suppose, and they tell him that my bank has to refund the money. Even though my bank showed where it was paid...At that time I didn't even want a refund I just wanted the items that I had just paid for.Of course, I call my bank and I'm told to contact the merchant. I am completely baffled as to how I can be charged for a purchase but not allowed to receive it. I've never experienced anything even close to this from a convience store before.Was there a computer error? Did that clerk scam me? Why did these items come to almost $17 anyway?I'm willing to drive the extra mile to avoid this type of experience. Who has money to just give to Circle K?

      I bought Ice Cream: Twix, Rolo, Butterfinger and Kit Kat Display Price as;Twix $ **** Charged at Counter: $5.99 Rolo $3.29 Charged at Counter: $3.69 Butterfinger $3.29 Charged at Counter: $3.69 Kit Kat $3.29 Charged at Counter: $3.69 I have photos of receipt and display prices.I complaint to cashier, immediately with displaying photos of displayed prices, very rudely said, I don't know, may be prices were not changed. I asked to match price, he simply refused and said, you can return the ice creams. I asked, can I talk to manager, replied, already left.I phone called to the store and asked to talk to manager, same answer. She said come in the morning and talk to manager.I never had this kind of poorest customer services, charging over-priced and at the spot, did not show any courtesy or customer services.
