      I was given the confirmation for the rental car with the price of $399. We arrived early for the rental and was told our car was not there but we could have another one but it would cost more. I said we would wait when the agent said " to be honest the car will not be here at reserved time". We took the car she offered for one day less then agreed upon with reservation and was still charged $49 more than quoted. I showed the agent the reservation confirmation and she said she had to add taxes, I pointed out that taxes had already been added in. At this point she said we could pay $448 or not have the rental. We were being held hostage basically.

      I purchased a vehicle from this dealership on January 2023. I am now unable to renew my registration because of title issues. According to the *********** Hertz did not provide the correct title for transfer of title. I have contacted the dealership multiple times over the last few weeks with no resolution and no return calls. I am now faced with a vehicle becoming unregistered at the end of the month, and Hertz doesn't appear to care about doing anything to fix the issue.

      We did have issues with the title of the vehicle. We had to issue a duplicate title. Making the process longer than expected. We did put the customer in an applicate rental until we got this handled. Customer did receive his plate in February after we got everything ocmplete.

      I purchased a vehicle with Hertz Car Sales in ***********. They arranged for the title and registration, and provided a temporary tag.I informed them my tag was expiring, and I was promised that either: 1) A new tag would be provided, or 2) Another temporary tag would be provided. Multiple emails since December 8 to *************************** were not answered. Finally when it expired I contacted also the sales rep (I only know her as "MJ"), who said she would help. I was promised on January 2 that **** would call me that morning, and despite additional emails and phone messages I was never contacted.I just want:1. My tag!2. Somebody from Hertz car sales to return my call *************).

      I called in and was told my vehicle buyers check would work from the employee *****. I advised him I had an hr and a half drive and that im coming to purchase a car. Once i arrived i was told from the supervisor and manager the vehicle buyers check wont work and the only way i would be able to get the car is if I financed through them and then refinanced with my bank. I am highly upset b/c they are not giving me a better rate then what i have, they had to pull my credit again which effects my credit score and had me drive 2 hours (with traffic) for a no i couldve got over the phone. I have my family with me and am extremely upset, embarrassed, dissatisfied with this whole situation. I was also threatened by the supervisor (*****) that because im upset with the false information provided to me that i better be nice to him because he is the one thatll get me approved.
