Bought our first new home from builder Signed for newly built home on April 27, 2021 Builder stated we have ****************************************************************** the home Moved into the home May 2, 2021 Gave the builder a list of things that needed to be fixed Builder had workers come fix the issues and weren't not completed Builder stated we had to go through 210 warranty to get other things fixed 210 Warranty stated the builder had to fix the issues Buyers tried contacting builder via email, phone and text (No response from the builder)Filed a complaint to 210 Warranty about the builder. Representative from 210 Warranty has not been able to make contact with builder Still trying to make contact with builder so they can fix our issues and no luck 210 Warranty, builder and our realtor have not made contact with us to see if our needs were met Disappointed from all aspects especially being our first home
