      *Date of Transaction March 16, 2023 at ********************************************************** *Amount charged in card ending #xxxx under x-$75. Was supposed to be charged $1.*Patient x was examined for implants, only basic exam was performed after CareCredit approved under x which is still being paid.*The business has not tried to return phone calls, emails or information when asking in person. There are documents of proof for the transaction, the attempts to contact since ALL the emails they provide online do not exist. Summery:x front office lady was going to charge my brothers card for $1 (Since my mom's did not go through) to check if my mother qualifies for ******'s Carecredit. She went to the back office and x1 came to the front to grab my brothers card. x1 did not confirm charge or ask but instead just used card and a $75 charge was taken from the card. When she came back we had the notification on his phone that more was taken out. We asked x1 and she said $75 not $1, x1 was very unprofessional & unwilling to take any responsibility. Every email has been rejected, Every phone call was a run around, manager is never there, filled out paper form for refund request & not one word back from this business. I applied for ****** for my mother to at least get her exam while we were given a receipt for the refund in the amount of $0.00 with a signature. The exam was $75 even though I qualified for x. Still paying that loan on time while waiting on a refund still. Had a 2 year old with us and it was difficult and stressful because that was our gas money & because of that office we had to wait for money to be sent or we were stranded far from home. Even the main office does not refund communication.

      This Merchant did fraud and lying,We went for promotion on radio for complete braces for $2000, we went to Dental Republic and spoke to *****(manager), once there they changed all the prices unlike radio Promotion, we negotiated the price for upfront full price of $2,150 for Braces services(for 2 YEARS) . They are not honoring Saturday appts. like they promised. 3 weeks for first appt. for Braces, and at that time they found missing initials and I found errors on contract (they had put 18 months service only and they had not included free retainer like they said, so ***** added the last letter page 3 honoring in writing 24 months of service and one free retainer and I finished signing it, original contract was partially signed on August the 13th but it was completely corrected and finally signed on September 3rd.The first day of service was SEPTEMBER 29th , they installed the brackets and only the upper ones and took them 2 hrs for them to finish, three days after one bracket fell off cause it was not glued right and they give appointment for OCTOBER 6th, and charged us $25 dollars to glue back the fallen bracket that if we don't pay they will not glue it, they were having a hard time gluing it back, my son with the mouth open for 3 hours, they were leaning on his body, he was sore, they had no experience. My Son is a minor and no parents allowed.and this same day a 2nd bracket fell off and also a wire went loose off the bracket, and today OCTOBER 14TH two brackets fell off, total of 4 fallen brackets and one loose wire and want to charge $25 for each fallen bracket, They not rendering professional service, not doing what they have promised, My son ***** has only 2 weeks with upper brackets, 1 week with the lower brackets, service had just barely started, they had only done 5% or less cause total amount paid was for 24 months of service. We Want our money back,Attacked is the contract page 1 & 2 Page 3 is the changes made to contract and new date.

      Took my son to Dental Republic at ********************************************************* on August 13th, 2022 for some Braces. We seat down with a female name **** she told me it would cost $2500 paid in full gor Braces for my son. I told her i would have to talk to my wife first. She told me i would have to put $520 down to keep that price before i walk out the office. So i did, upon talking to my wife we decided not to go with Dental Republic. I went back on the August 27 to get my refund, Mrs **** told me i would have to fill out a Return Application to get my refund first. They said it would take 30 days to get my refund. So I did. I also emailed the company , thats the only way i have to communicate with them. Its been . Its already October i haven't got my refund. Please Help Thank You

      Date of transaction 8/11/22. My wife spoke with ***** office manager at Dental Republic on Saturday August 13 and I told her I did not want the implants and she kept on insisting and she even dropped the price down to $12,000.00 for the both of us and my wife said no. ***** also spoke with my step daughter about the implants process and then she passed the phone to my wife and again my wife told her no, no, no, my husband is not interested anymore and the conversation ended. Then we get a bill from care credit that $16,197.15 was charged from Dental Republic who also works with an office out in ****** name Health Innovations Dental. We don't understand why the card was charged when we absolutely said No. We just want the money put back into the Care Credit card.

      6-11-22 , went to dental republic located on *********************************************************** for help with a broken tooth , as i was a walked to the back i wasnt given propor Dental X-rays or consultations, i was told a price that was double what my insurance told me , insurance told me $500-700 . Dental republic said $1500 i paid a $500 down payment after my visit i called back and ask them how much it would be to get the tooth removed instead of crowned and root canaled i was told id get a call back that day (6-11-22) i never did i called back on monday 6-13-22 and was told all day that id get a call back and never did , i was also told the same thing today (6-14-22) i have been getting the run around from the and no response , no call back nothing
