I had visited the dentistry on March 4, 2023 for a tooth pain. They did a scan and had given me a quote of ******* (which i applied for monthly payments provided by the dentistry) for removing 1 tooth using the IV sedation. Later they manager (***************************) said the doctor ************** who was supposed to extract my tooth) does not approve to use Uber, in case I choose to use the IV sedation, and is not possible to drive since it is the policy. Then ****************** told it would be better to extract 2 tooths since I am not using IV and going with local anesthesia, and gave me a lot of explanation why it is advisable to extract 2 teeth and put a bridge, and gave a different quote of around $1500. I got the appointment on 04/09 for the tooth extraction. While doing the surgery, ************ (Surgeon) clearly told there is no need to remove the second teeth and put bridge for the second teeth since there is no issue with the second and just removed one. After the process was done, ************ told the receptionist that i need to get a refund and the receptionist confirmed that it will be around $700. Later i receive a credit card statement (which had been applied by the dentistry) saying that i owe ******* where the refund was not processed even after 20 days of the surgery. I tried calling the office where the receptionist does not have any clue what is happening and always tells that the manager is going to give me a call back.On the surgery day, the receptionist said i owe $*******, where in I had to tell them that it is already taken care by the credit company since Mr. ******* applied. I am still waiting for the call back from the manager for settlement and i get no status update. I have not received a receipt, apart from my credit card (through Smile Dental credit card). I definitely need the dentistry to takecare of the $700 at the earliest since it is affecting my credit and there is no way to reach Mr. *******.

I went into the office because of two broken/chiped crowns on my two front teeth. During the consultaiton with the Dentist I explained that I wanted the replacement crowns smaller, that my bite was off and that I didnt want the teeth to be as large as they currently are. The Dentist told me that she was going to put temporary crowns on and that I would go to their lab to get the final crowns. She was adamant that the lab would be able to make the crowns smaller with the right color. When I got to the lab I was told that they could not make the crowns smaller and that they wanted to speak to the dentist to clear up the misunderstanding and confusion and explain to the Dentist that they were not able to do the work that I was told they could do. They explained that based on the size of the space between my teeth I would have extremely large crowns and they would not look right. They recommended that I have the space closed first with braces. The dentist didnt make the recomendation for ortho until after the lab explained that the the space was too large. Even after all of that I agreed and had a consult with their orthodontist who told me that I was not a candidate for braces becuase I would need additional work done first. I told them to back out any claims that they submitted to my insurance and any finance charges/billing that they submitted to smile generation financing. The Office Manager *************************** is refusing to do that and are trying to collect for work that they have not completed. I told the office manager *************************** that it is fraud to charge me for work that they cannot and have not completed. He is trying to force me to accept sub par dental work from their office. Not only have they breached their contract but it is absolutly illegal to charge for work that they are not able to complete and have not completed. They have fraudently submitted a claim to smile generation ************** for approximatly $1,900.00. They are now trying to force me to get large teeth that even their lab has recommended that I do not get. Its just bad business.
