In February 2023, I placed an order for 10 - branded tablecloths. They arrived shortly after; however, they did not look like the approved proof. After speaking with the owner, he said they would be on their way. The estimated arrival date for the replacement product has continuously been pushed back, causing significant inconvenience. We were not able to have them for shows in 2023, and I lack confidence in the delivery of the product at all. Therefore, on 11/15/23, I sent an email requesting a full refund with no response. Series of documented contact: 2/10/23- Consulted about tablecloths.2/20/23 - Approved 1st proof 3/8/23 - Received tracking information.3/10/23 - Text owner with pictures of issue with tablecloths, received 2nd email with proof.4/14/23 - Approved 2nd proof 4/19/23 - Emailed for tracking.5/23/23 - Emailed for tracking.6/1/23 - Tried calling (mailbox full), Text owner for tracking.6/6/23 - Received text back that they would check on order, asked for order #6/7/23 - Provided order #6/13/23 - another text that they would check on order, but thought it was sent months ago. Check and saw that they were sent back. Confirmed address. Owner sent picture that they were at the warehouse, and he would ship out. 7/10/23 - Text for tracking information. 7/11/23 - Provided tracking#, but it never moved. 7/24/23 - Text about tracking # not showing a delivery date.8/23/23 - Emailed CS about tracking # not showing delivery date. No response. 10/11/23 - Text about tracking. Replied that they were reprinting and shipping the next day.10/12/23 - Text for tracking information. Owner checking again and said they would reprint tomorrow and ship. 10/13/23 - Text for tracking. No response. 11/15/23 - Emailed for refund. No response. There were other dates with phone calls, but still no resolution.
