Regarding Medtronic Diabetes... if I could give less than 1 star, I would have. Their operation is shameful and wreaks of insurance fraud while Type 1 Diabetics lose out on supplies needed to stay alive. The ****************** (2020-2024) claims that they've lowered the prices of diabetes supplies; however, they've only incentivized companies like Medtronic to play games with ordering supplies to the detriment of their patrons. The larger problem is that there are only a couple of companies who handle these issues, so they essentially have a monopoly on this industry. Sickening!!Review from Michaela M

I have had so many problems with Medtronic with them not updating my information when needed, them sending my supplies to the wrong address, rude employees. But today was my last straw. I am unemployed and have ******** and unfortunately owe them money for something that I've been telling them for over a year that I do not have. I have told them that I am unable to work because of health issues, hence the ********. Because I owe them money they are now holding my supplies until I pay that money even though ******** pays for them to ship me my supplies. Completely unreasonable. They are acting like I am asking them to send me my supplies for free without any insurance when I actually have insurance. I will never go through this company again I will tell everybody that I know not to go through this company.Review from Xiaolei Y

This company has terrible service. Last year my diabetes doctor prescribed an insulin pump. I received a call from their customer service representative who asked a lot of questions and then put me on hold. A few days later, I received an insulin injection, inpen. There was no instructions and no call. We had no idea how to use it and we didn't need it because I had other insulins. Then, we received a bill for $35 out of nowhere and asked me to pay them. I called him to ask if we could return the inpen since we didn't need it and we wouldn't pay for a drug I didn't need. But he said on the phone, don't return it, don't pay $35, and the insulin pump will be shipped to your home right away. So I believed him. Later, I received a whole box of insulin pumps, but no one asked about them anymore. No one from their company taught me how to use them. It's been a year now and they're still gathering dust. But I still get reminders asking me to pay $35. I called customer service and a lady answered the phone and said she couldn't solve the problem and couldn't let us return the product. I asked her what to do with these things? She said to throw them in the trash. Oh my god! These insulin pumps must be expensive, and she told me to throw them away. Then she said to ask the person in charge to call me, but I didn't receive a call, but a letter demanding payment. It's disappointing! I advise everyone to be careful of this company and don't be fooled.Review from James B

I have a multitude of issues stemming back almost 13 years. The most recent issues are with them accessing my account and my personal information inside my account and deleting my insurance companies info that was just added by another rep on 1/26/24 and my pharmacy information. They also deleted my kids diabetes supplies order after calling me to verify the insurance information on 1/26/24. The customer service is absolutely horrible. NO ONE calls you back or responds to emails after THEY ask for information. It is very stressful and concerning. I have had bills billed to the wrong insurance and out of order. This is too much of a headache for parents. I have been completely overbilled and had to have them redo MANY claims. If you can choose someone else, I say make the switch, It has been 4 hours since I called them and asked for my issue to be escalated due to being out of diabetes pump supplies and I have gotten a response. The company has great products but their customer service and CARE for others is horrible.Review from Melissa H

I have been extremely blessed to use Medtronic MiniMed pumps and supplies for decades now and I have always been very thankful for their customer support, service and assistance. Yes, medical care is still practicing and I will admit there are times of hard struggles with pump use, and general diabetes care. But I really appreciate the tools Ive been able to use and the services of Medtronic Diabetes.Review from Tiereney B

Extremely dishonest company. After coordinating with their rep for my husbands pump and supplies we were given one price. We placed a new order for supplies and the price DOUBLED! We called because clearly this must be an error, only to be told that they are not responsible for what ******* may have told us regarding price and basically that we were s*** out of luck. They are a scam and its disgusting that they act like an MLM when its peoples livesReview from Tiffany R

Medtronic Diabetes products are unreliable. I have had countless sensor failures, customer service takes a week to send a replacement sensor, meanwhile I'm at risk for hypoglycemia, and hyperglycemia due to not getting enough or too much insulin without glucose levels being constantly monitored. There has been a recall on the battery cap and my cap needs replacing. My pump has stopped dispensing insulin driving my blood sugars to greatly increase. **************** has me on hold for ********************************************************************************** 3 business days, in the meantime, call 911 if I experience a medical emergency. No insulin delivery leads to diabetic ketoacidosis which can lead to coma and/or death. Needless to say, I am beyond disappointed with this comany and am in the process to get a better insulin therapy option.Review from Faith W

I seriously do not understand how something that is essentially vital to my everyday life can cost so much money but medtronic puts clearly none of that money into making sure that their apps are updated just as quickly as ios/andriod operating systems update. I work in tech, I use my phone all day long and it's so frustrating for this app to not be supported for months and months on end. I can not turn off my auto system updates because I work in tech. F****** fix it. I have never considered switching insulin pumps but Tandem is looking better and better. Customers pay you thousands of dollars every year for s*** that doesn't work. Awesome.Review from Casey R

Medtronic is terrible - DO NOT buy into this junk...They bought out accuchek and all the terrible features. Their stuff maybe works half the time and they have zero support. *** also waited too long to do any training so now this junk cannot be returned, so I am stuck paying a lot of money for a useless device that barely works. They also cause me to waste two sensors and sent this gigantic 32" tube which is tangly and super wasteful. This stuff is nothing but a massive cost and headache! This is the third time contacting your support... No answer or callback, pitiful...I guarantee you there will not be any payments made on this! You don't deliver, I don't pay.
